Definitely like the feel of these over the hardens, but as you said, definitely doesn’t take away of how good of a show they are. I love the analogy of an anti-fatigue floor mat and a tempurpedic surface
Both will be $120 so can’t really go wrong. I would lean more forwards the AE1’s cause it’s always good to get the first signature sure of a superstar player!
He is definitely right I own a pair of Adidas UltraBoost Light running shoes and after a while of wearing them standing they do become very uncomfortable comfortable and my foot starts to hurt
Hey man! How’s the sizing for these? Do wear the same size for both harden volume 7 and don issue 5? I’ll be ordering these online and I unfortunately I won’t be able to try them on feet since the nearest mall to our place is 2 hours away lol
I have the Don issue 4’s and honestly I didn’t even think they were worth the $48 I paid for them. The traction on those feel completely dead, no sticky ness. That’s compared to my other kids KD 14/15 and kyrie infinity. I would be hesitant to get another Don issue, maybe it’s the rubber outsole compound that doesn’t do it for me
I had to go a size up on DON 5, because they are just so narrow. But then I didnt feel like i got the tightness of the shoes like i do with Harden 7. Also as a heavier player 240p the boost is really nice to play games in but I need to take them off right after the game because near the end they start to feel flat. While the DON ISSUE 5 i can practice for 2 hours and walk in the weightroom afterwards and still feel like i have fresh feets. If DON 5 was abit wider, i would go for them in games, but having to go an entire size up is killing me when i go hard. Vol 7 for games and Don 5 for practice.
Someone with both these sneakers confirm my theory for me. Am I right? Don Issue 5 > Harden Vol. 7

You know what i'm talking about!
This is tough, now I’m torn between these and the AE1s. I’m happy Adidas is having great silhouettes for their basketball lines this year.

Humble, my shoes using D.O.N - 5 - Lucid lemon - Neon - - BEST
Totally agree. Boost is too soft. Whether it’s playing or walking casually for more than 2 hours, it gives me feet fatigue.
100
Are they good for outdoor?
I believe so, good traction and outsole
Quality reviews every time!
Appreciate you

Yeah both my harden vol 7 and Don 5’s are the same size
@@MrTonyMui Thanks man! Can’t wait to have em. I’ll be ordering the pink one.
Hello- for the hardens I went with a 10.5 and they fit well. But I wear an 11 in Nike. Should I go with a 10.5 in these? I have wide feet
I think you’ll be fine with the same size you went with on the Hardens BUT go to a store and try it on first that’s the best recommendation
lightstrike >>> 👌🏻
💯
Is the lightstrike in the don 5s a little softer than the 🧱 don 4s lightstrike?
Hard to tell to be honest

I hear ya
The Harden 1 had a similar tongue set up (I think...getting old).
This is true
Tony the Harden Vol 7 have lightstrike to though family I understand but the hardens have both boost and lightstrike
Right, you understand what i'm saying. The boost makes it soft, both great for sure, but at this point i like the feel of the DON's more.

Vol 7 for games and Don 5 for practice.
I feel you. I mean if you’re 240lbs you might need some thicker midsole sneakers like a Nike GT Jump or something
Same
man i’m not liking any adidas shoe coming out
The AE1 are gonna be solid
