You can do it with less... 3.5% is enough in some models, all models agree that 5% will deliver 270 electoral votes.
It was 4.4% in 2020. 5% is not a necessity. They just need the plurality in enough of the swing states. 5% is not a magical number or even a very realistic one.
After you get that 5%, you reach a tipping point and massive losses will be seen in the GQP.

Harris said she is going to stop the tax on tips (after Trump has been campaigning for that for months now) But ironically Harris cast the deciding vote when they recently voted to allow the IRS to track workers tips in order to tax them. Do we have low information voters or what?

That bill would alow "tips" for not just casino and hospital workers to be untaxed, it was a pretend bill that would allow hedfunds and other types to get "tips" payment and not pay tax on that. It was a tax avoidance for the rich, pretending to be something good for working class.
