One of the reasons Steffi Graf is the GOAT.
love it.
A much deserving Italian won this title, and that's the fact
Congrats Vinci! Thanks for saving women's tennis.
Yesss ❤️
That's rude
@@kecleonboi I’ve been seeing your anti Serena comments in every final she lost. You must be desperate
She really did.
one of the greatest womens matches in history..variety killed serena ball bashing
One of the greatest UPSETS but not one of the greatest MATCHES. High drama does not equate to high-quality tennis.
@@fjosephgonzales6870 did you watch the highlights? amazing volleys by roberta
@@user-be5qg7mr1s She's not in the same league as Navratilova, King, Mandlikova, Sukova, Shriver, Lori McNeil, etc.
@@fjosephgonzales6870 i didn't say she was. Merely the points were outstanding and showcased touch and finesse.
Lol these comments are so salty towards Serena. The fact that this is Vinci’s greatest achievement to y’all and NOT her career grand Slam in doubles says more about how great Serena is and how small her detractors are!!!
Vinci showed great heart
Serena had to come up with extra power for every back hand slice of vinci which kept the ball low with out offering any pace.serena was completely drained in producing extra power every time and couldn't handle the low back hand slices from vinci relentlessly it became harder and harder for serena to hit a winner she was pressing harder and harder for each shot kudos to vinci she out did serena more over vincis placement of the serve was excellent
Great match by Roberta, she played without putting lots of weight on the ball so Serena had to do all the work. That really broke Serena rhythm,
The day my heart broke
The day my heart exploded with joy
The day I laughed out loud - Serena showed what a poor sport she is for all the world to see, but then she doesn't really care anyway, so why not let it fly lol
Not me. It was one of the greatest moments in tennis.
@@dashhammett2341 poor sport? Losing is being a poor sport now? Which world are you living in?
@@brandonaldaymachuse6669 no it wasn’t
this match is a blueprint on how you defeat a player that has more power than you.
SERENA FOREVER NR 1 ! 🎈🎾🎈🎾🎈🎾🎈🇵🇱
Nobody talks about Serena's invasive shouts, that was pretty disgusting. She started screaming to disturb Roberta, fortunately Italians are made of another matter.
FINALLY!!!!!!!!!
one time in life 💘
Serena definitely felt the pressure here. Vinci was the worst possible type of opponent for her under these circumstances.
Agreed. When you tight, you do not want to play some one that forces yourself to generate power.
Grand choix de vous aimez...
Roberta Vinci jogando extremamente bem e os narradores só sabiam falar o nome da Serena. Que falta de imparcialidade para narrar! Ridículo...
Roberta laughing at her own reaction on the big screen, cut to Serena, trying nothing to cry 😂
Serena was tight from the very beginning, Vinci saw that and capitalized
Turn down the volume of the commentators, man. Can do without the commentary as well
She played a lot of tennis that year too!
at 1:10:50 that ball was so far out i can't believe the line judge didnt call that out.or the umpire since the serve was right near her.
C'est ne pas un esulte chère chérie fleurs roses c'est donc l'amour
Every Dog has its day..
Vinci Great player had a great day..
Malkia Serena..
Serena had a guaranteed final win ticket with 7 of the top 10 seeds out by the 2nd round. Props to Vinci!
