You don't need to install like a program: 1) download all the parts from the valpaso website (description) 2) after that create a folder (call it F1 for example) and put ALL the parts of the mod inside 3) open with 7zip the 1st file (normally called part1) and chose where to extract (create a new folder,that's the final location of the game) 4) extract. 5) when the game is fully extracted you need to contact Valerio (the maker of the mod) on Facebook and ask for the password installer,a simple .exe file to put inside the main game folder and make it run. 6) you can now play the game. ...the frustrating part its the size of the whole mod,more than 250 GB.

For a more realistic race, you have to force all teams to use the same set of tires otherwise the ones with the softs almost always win.
