When I opened the box I was like a deer in the headlights. Your directions were so clear that in no time I assembled the fountain and it worked immediately I put it in the bird bath even on this cloudy day. Thank you. You blessed my day.
To save water, drill the little pieces with tiny drill bits. A little bigger, each time until you get it to a lower height and the water will stay in the bird bath

I had a similarly built fountain and after a while, the surface of the solar panels got all chalky and seemed to block the light. Hopefully, these newer ones don't do that. Speaking of bullets, what was that sound at around 4:00 min? Sounded like a car or bike going fast then pop, pop, pop. Maybe 8 pops. Hopefully since you didn't react, was just backfire.
I had the same problems with the older fountains, but I haven't had any issues with the glass fountains. LOL. Whenever you hear a pop on my videos, cars backfire. My backyard is close to a busy road.
