Literally what this is:
NoLegs is a cat, and cats do not like water, so you have to hit him with a WATER ATTACK to scare him and make him run away
Natalie is into cute guys and is especially a cat person, meaning they both need to be very loveable in order to have her surrender
Anna is just a young girl, so you have to tire her out with enough debuffs or get her hp low enough so she doesn't have the stamina to fight, causing her to surrender
Lance is just a huge simp for Natalie, so you have to REALLY seduce him when he loses his will to fight at low hp, and then use Natalie's 7th Heaven to seduce him fully, and make him finally surrender

An interesting trick is giving lovable to matt only and natz attacks nolegs with fire, normally will take him down instantly and the next turn she will surrender cause matt is the only player alive and he has lovable
Its just a trick to make it slightly faster and if you actives even reward, nolegs still gaining exp

If you inflict 4 status effects that add to her surrender score no. If you add 3 or less, getting her to certain low hp thresholds will add to her surrender score, it needs to add up to 4 for her to surrender.
