Caritas CARMA - Jowaher & Smaher can go to school again

Jowaher and her sister Smaher used to work on the streets as her grandmother wasn’t able to cover the costs of their education. Thanks to the cash-assistance provided through the CARMA project (cash-assistance in re-emerging markets), they could go back to school to continue their educational journey.
CARMA supports 17,500 vulnerable people in Syria with cash and protection assistance.
