Thanks for the comment. It sure is one of the best routes to travel through and course through Cornwall.
@@BensPlanesTrainsProductions yeah your right
My favourite time when I seen a castle HST was when one gave me a mega 8 tone horn
Thanks for sharing 🙂👍. I'll have to spare time to watch all the video.
I take it that was Coach A you sat in and that the bike storage is behind you? I recognise that beep - I've sat in Coach G (Standard Class Quiet Coach) on the CrossCountry HST's.
I can just smell the HST from my home now 🙂👍!
GWR certainly knows how to impress its customers - HST's on former Class 150 routes is one hell of an upgrade!
Thanks very much for your comment. The video was indeed filmed in Coach A on the train. I have been on the Cross Country HST but not in Carriage G. I Have been in Coach C. with had large storage space right behind me. But that was only from Camborne to St Austell. I will try and make another video on their trains soon.

I think I watched a short clip or the whole of that video - it was clearly the 09:25 Penzance to Dundee service which I should have caught from Birmingham New Street to Edinburgh (after a Voyager from Oxford) on April 16th . But thanks to lockdown, my first trip to Scotland (Edinburgh) but for 5 nights I was forced to cancel twice (last time would have been for 6 nights in August 2015) I was not happy in the slightest I tell you!
However, I'm positive that at some point in 2021 that it'll be achievable but it will likely be the 16:03 from Birmingham New Street to Edinburgh I catch. From Oxford to Birmingham New Street it's either the 13:39 or the 14:10 depending on the timetable 🙂.
Go for it, timetable looks the same at the moment, unless they put the timetable back to what it was before the pandemic. I will try and get another onboard footage of the Cross Country HST.
Amazing Video! Guess what is my favorite destination on my FGW HST: Paddington to Plymouth or Penzance
Thank you for your comment. Its by far the best route. Good job there are still HST' down in Devon & Cornwall.
