I was just hired by an airline here in the states, and starting the training for the Airbus in a couple weeks. These videos are a huge help, thank you.
Thank you, they are just some fun. Your type rating and company will give you much more detailed information! Some things are different in each airline/ type of airbus too :)
Excellent video! I only downloaded the Toliss A321 yesterday, which is my first ever sim study airliner and was expecting to go through twenty rubbish tutorials before I found one that explains things well. Most people just tell you what to do really quickly and don’t explain anything, for two reasons mainly; one is that they probably don’t know and the other is that they are trying to give the illusion of competence, making it seem like the procedure is totally memorised. You on the other hand don’t feel the need to impress upon us your experience by being happy to use a comprehensive check list. I can see that your videos are one of the very few good things to come out of the current viral pandemic. Thanks for the hard work and hope you get back in the air for real soon.
Your words are very kind and thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. For tutorials I like to use the checklist provided as it is a good way to do it in the simulator. I am glad you found it useful! I hope to be in the air soon too but will continue to work on these videos if people still have a use for them!
Thanks for the tutorials; having not flown for the last 2yrs (covid downturn), going through these scans and flows are so helpful in preparing for recall as a junior pilot 🙏🙏👍👍
hello Ive just recently learned the tolis a321 is good for simulating failures. I could use this since Im also a junior real life pilot, these can be used for preparing for simulator renewal trainings i believe? appreciate the videos and info!
If you taxi using just one engine then the yellow pump switch is used to power the Hydraulic system. Also if the accumulator is low or the flight controls need to be checked on stand you can use the yellow pump to power Yellow and Green systems via the PTU. This cis also useful for lowering/retracting flaps on stand for inspections.
Thanks for watching. If we taxi with two engines yes. Here I discuss it a bit more: ua-cam.com/video/vJpG-sDdBns/v-deo.html (Link includes the time stamp)

Good presentation of details involved in getting from jetway to wheels up!
Great video very helpful. Get better pushback though and you can put the plane exactly where you want it
Thanks for watching and your comment! It was recommended so I do now have a better pushback which you’ll see in my newer videos :)

Great video thanks! You’re the best A320 instructor there on UA-cam.
Great Video! Thank you!! keep your amazing work
Thank you!
Great video. Wondering if there is a way to use PFD to judge rotate rate of 3-deg per second.
Thanks. Another great tutorial.
Great video - Can yuo compare thsi to the FBW in MSFS ? A32nx😊

Thank you for the video. I am way too old for the airlines but these videos make this wannabe A-321 pilot, that never was, very happy.
Execelent vídeo, What fov you use to be the most realistic simulation?
I have it set to 60 at the moment which seems OK!
Can anyone explain to me what the yellow elec hyd button is used for? I understand what it does but I don’t know what situation would call for it

Do you always start engine 2 first?
