Some of this is true if you are a COX contractor. (Well, the satisfaction of delighting the customer is). But contractors are pushed very fast. You are required to drive over the speed limit on each job, and the quality on jobs often suffers because you are rushed to the extreme. This video shows COX "in-house" techs, and they can take their time as they are oaid hourly.
Cox the worst virus in Orange County, they rippe the users off if you don't check your bill payments, don't go paperless !! Most in our community switched to different providers, I don't recommend the service !!! I paid years and years long for fast Internet but never got the speed I paid for !!

Hey guys, it’s been really good. I use to work for DirecTV and Cox is just a whole other level of awesome. Much better pay and management at least for me has been great. Teammates and sup are very friendly and benefits are A++.

I questioned the process and was told that was how it was done. Now I have received messages from a number claiming to be a cox worker. Need an actual number to contact cox corporate office.

Cox EQ is horrible. They can't guarantee the EQ they provide will work properly or last for more than 6 months without having to replace it. They can't! It's refurbished EQ.

Yesterday a cox technician came, the worst in the world, he did not have a mask, he did not install the internet and I broke the internet cable and I had to make another appointment, I do not recommend cox at all
