A yellow and green marshmallow expected to taste like lemon lime, but it really tastes like peach. You could also make mystery marshmallows where they all look the same, but there are multiple different flavors and the consumers have to guess the flavor.

Seemed like they used halal beef gelatin. But they warned some of the flavorings used alcohol-based flavoring essence. There's a list of non-alcohol-based flavoring marshmallow on their site. Personally, it's still halal for me because no one get intoxicated using flavorings using ethanol. But some mazhab may be strict about all alcohol content itself (if balsamic vinegar is haram for you, then yeah...)
