I loved watching this again.It brought back many memories for me,not all of them good as at the time this was aired,I was in a relationship that turned into a nightmare and watching this again brought bittersweet memories flooding back.None the less,it was great to watch this again and I am looking forward to finding and watching more episodes....Thank you for the upload
Yeah. Memories. Btw, do you remember around the same time, there was another series with an expatriate couple who bought a house in some other country (Italy? Portugal? Spain?) with no sewage system. It basically flooded the pool. I've been looking for it.
A good, innovative series of programmes. Nigel has the ideas and dreams and Nippy is more level headed and has good business acumen. They succeed in the end but it’s a bumpy journey.
I loved watching this, so good. I've been wanting to see this series again for a long time. I brought the book and devoured it in one, swift reading. I was deeply sad to hear when Nigel passed away.

Someone came up in the news today (😳) which reminded me of this early reality show which I loved. Seemed real but could just see thru it - nevertheless hilarious. Good old UA-cam ❤️.
I am sooo happy! Thank you for sharing these programmes....I loved the show when first broadcast and have searched many times to see if it was available. Well done. Nigel and Nippys adventures are hilarious and charming.
For that low target purchase price (even for that year), they'll only get a nasty dump on which they'd have to spend a fortune to make the place livable, even for the occasional weekend getaway.
