This girl only shows emotion when her family speaks about her but not when the brides family speaks. She has no remorse for anyone but herself. There is no excuse for drinking and driving. You have a choice. If you are going to drink then you should find a designated driver before you do or call a cab. I don’t have any empathy or sympathy for people like this.

The Drunk Driver is emotional she's going to Jail. She made a poor decision to get behind the wheel and killed someone and injured 3 others. Now it's time to own up for what you did
I feel so bad for Sam’s (the victim) family but I don’t have a single shred of remorse for her mother (Lisa Miller). It was Sam’s husband (who was also injured from the accident) who filed the lawsuit against that brat Jamie (the drunk idiot). Lisa wanted that money for herself, and believes the husband shouldn’t be entitled to it simply because they were only married for 3 hours. Even in this interview ( 2:40 ) she doesn’t come across as a grieving mother, this feels more like woe it’s me act. Whereas Sam’s sister, you can really hear the hurt and pain in her voice when she spoke.
Well it wasn't intentional homicide though was it...let's not all make up fantasies to suit the emotions we all think we'd feel if we were the victims family.
Lesson: Alcohol/booze, bad drugs and smoking can ruin or take your life. I'm glad I didn't do either of those three when I was young. I'm a straight edge person.
You drink and drive you pay the price. Give her at least 40 years at least. I also think if you get pulled over and get dui you go to jail for at least 6 mos to start.
regarding using a golf cart---they're just coming from a once in a lifetime, public, meaningful contract and heavy commitment---let them do what they want to solidify that. They checked the cart out, consciously and conscientiously for street safety---probably staying within their budget (no limo) and making the end of an evening slow, never ending and special to them and their wedding. Disney uses a horse drawn carriage, so what? The speed was posted---25 mph ---which is why they probably used that street. and, we don't have the facts, that cart may have been used several times before without a problem.
a limo didnt fit the theme- They had the low speed vehicle decorated with cans and a just married sign. A LSV has more safety features such as nite lights than a golf cart.
She comes from a very wealthy family and her parents enable her financially with great lawyers and continue to have a very entitled mindset. You can see a different video where she is speaking to her dad on the phone and he literally tells his ADULT daughter "daddy will take care of it." Give me a break.
She didn’t do it on purpose, but she is an adult. She made a choice to drive home after drinking. If she has any remorseful thoughts, that needs to be said to the family, she needs to apologize. Words are hollow, but it’s better than behaving the way she is.
she drank because she was harboring anger, anxiety and depression? I see the anxiety and anger at suffering the consequences of her actions..but, where's the depression?? you would think you'd hear, i feel so bad about what i did...i just want to kill myself...i wish it was me and not her...I can't live with myself anymore....something along those lines..And, now that she's sober...I still don't see the depression??? It's a good defense...probably one that's worked before...not just for her but for others. Is the depression documented or just a term being thrown around ? maybe, we'll see , I'm still trying to keep an open mind because I don't have all of the facts.
The bride didn't deserve this, and Komoroski needs to pay, but any word one why and where they were riding around in a golf cart? I've never heard of doing that at/after a wedding. Were they legally on the street in a golf cart? Just curious. RIP, Miss Miller.
The pressure to drink amongst coworkers in a restaurant is super real. Anyone that has ever worked in a restaurant knows how prevalent it is, and knows the feeling of not wanting to go out, but going anyway because you do want to remain on the schedule for good shifts. I pray this story makes it back to at least a few people involved in this lifestyle that will think twice about the next time they get invited to go out.
There is such a simple solution for this! Just don't drive your car to work. Take public transit, a cab, Uber, or have a rotating designated driver. And if you are a selfish idiot that just can't abstain from drinking and driving, perhaps don't do triple the speed limit.
Not saying she shouldn’t have consequences but you have to remember this wasn’t intentional it was accidental. I’m sure if she was sober she wouldn’t want to kill anyone. Grace meaning allowing her to have bond.
I don’t think 1 year, minimum she’ll at least do 7. My friend lost a child to a drunk driver , while that driver killed 3 people that night she got 53 years.
She'll definitely do more than three years. I say around ten years. Hopefully more. I know they've fighting for life in prison but definitely don't see that happening.
it wasn’t Jamie’s fault and it was just an accident. also who would ride in a golf cart on PUBLIC ROADS. even if legal, incredibly stupid, as their families can see now.
Sounds like she has an alcohol problem. RIP to the bride but on the bright side the drunk girl saved the new husband from a lot of problems and a costly divorce. 🤷♂️😁
Outrageous that someone would have bond denied for punitive reasons. She is awaiting trial. She has been adjudicated guilty on ZERO charges. To remain in jail for 13 months awaiting trial it must be proven that she represents a serious flight risk (she doesn’t) or is highly likely to reoffend (unlikely). The fact that the alleged victims demand the satisfaction of seeing her in prison and got it means that the presumption of innocence is DEAD.
As part of her punishment she needs to wear an outfit of his liking and how her hair is done and provide him a good time and children and marry him and provide all the things his deceased wife would have provided.

Cried for herself, not one tear when brides family were talking, life, no parole.
It’s a little late now to help with her drinking issues.
They should’ve tried to get her help before this it’s too late now
My brother got hit by a drunk driver getting off the school bus. He died 4 times thankfully he survived, but it messed him up mentally and physically.
No tears for anyone she hurt, just herself. It’s appalling. No sympathy whatsoever.
May she rot in prison.
I'll bet Miss K is sober while in jail awaiting trial!
Her fake tears she didn’t care drinking and driving she didn’t care then my condolences goes to the victim’s family so sorry for your lost
She is sorry for herself
Well, now she is out on bond so what good that did….
I understand supporting a loved one, but surely there's a line where you say, "You messed up really bad. You need to accept responsibility for your actions, and accept whatever comes your way." Pleading for freedom and leniency is just wrong.
She is out now
That's some bs 😭
For the rest her life 😮
The Drunk Driver is emotional she's going to Jail. She made a poor decision to get behind the wheel and killed someone and injured 3 others. Now it's time to own up for what you did
Jamie is going to stay in jail and she will not Walk out of prison 😡💔😭
Watched Ray's video too then?
@@mrbeeoutdoors3213 yep 😅 also did some extra research after watching his video
@@Dayday-xj3hc that's why I'm here 🤣.
But agreed, her mum seems like trash.
Give her 25 yrs
Condolences and God Bless all parties involved
Intentionally Homicide, no bond, keep her in jail, not safe in our society.
Well it wasn't intentional homicide though was it...let's not all make up fantasies to suit the emotions we all think we'd feel if we were the victims family.
How does she have a clean record she has like a million DUIs
1:40 gosh that woman just seems broken
Drunk drivers that kill should immediately forfeit their lives.
Charge her with murder!!!
She will remain sober while in jail.
Lesson: Alcohol/booze, bad drugs and smoking can ruin or take your life. I'm glad I didn't do either of those three when I was young. I'm a straight edge person.
Straight edge here too
@@Emlane09 Cool. 😎
DUI needs to carry the death penalty.
65 in a 25 😒
The Komode?
Such fake tears
She comes from a very wealthy family and her parents enable her financially with great lawyers and continue to have a very entitled mindset. You can see a different video where she is speaking to her dad on the phone and he literally tells his ADULT daughter "daddy will take care of it." Give me a break.
Poor Woman - do you lot really think she did that on purpose and has no remorseful thoughts in her own private time??
Damn bro that's so sad ur suffering the consequences of ur actions. I feel so bad for u!!!
🙏🙏🙏
That giant gavel gives me the creeps. I don't think I have the fortitude to watch the news anymore.
Why can’t she have a bond? It’s not like this was premeditated.
The bride didn't deserve this, and Komoroski needs to pay, but any word one why and where they were riding around in a golf cart? I've never heard of doing that at/after a wedding. Were they legally on the street in a golf cart? Just curious. RIP, Miss Miller.
Golf cart was street approved for that area, its common. What isn't right is 65 in a 25 mph zone and worse, while drunk.
RIP Mrs.Hutchinson
What a stupid take lol
@@TransKidRevolution How do you figure?
How about they drink to any excess at home? Why troll bars?
What a ridiculous thing to say. She’s an adult, she can do no to drinking.
People should have grace
No.
No she took a life away
If this was your family member that died would you want the court to go easy on her? I think not
Why? You saying she shouldn't be in jail??
Not saying she shouldn’t have consequences but you have to remember this wasn’t intentional it was accidental. I’m sure if she was sober she wouldn’t want to kill anyone. Grace meaning allowing her to have bond.
She'll be out soon, but I think the killer will win. She'll get maybe.... 2 or 3 years, couple with good behavior, maybe 1 if most.
She’ll do 5 years minimum up to 10 IMO
I don’t think 1 year, minimum she’ll at least do 7. My friend lost a child to a drunk driver , while that driver killed 3 people that night she got 53 years.
She'll definitely do more than three years. I say around ten years. Hopefully more. I know they've fighting for life in prison but definitely don't see that happening.
14 - people in that county convicted of the same thing normally get 8-15. Her speed was egregious as well and she's showed no remorse.
it wasn’t Jamie’s fault and it was just an accident. also who would ride in a golf cart on PUBLIC ROADS. even if legal, incredibly stupid, as their families can see now.
Oh shut up
Her parents are millionaires (from reports), she is a flight risk. So denied
Simp for a killer. Doubt you’d be on her side if it was your family. You’re ridiculous
Maybe you would be on her side so you’d get laid…
Voting her most likely to reoffend. She's an alcoholic who speeds. There's no alleged about a dead bride.
As part of her punishment she needs to wear an outfit of his liking and how her hair is done and provide him a good time and children and marry him and provide all the things his deceased wife would have provided.
You need help.
@@LD-bv1pm she needs to pay for what should have been his.
F'n psycho
@@soldier7332Shockingly, in the millennia that followed ancient Egyptians we learned a thing or two about morality and what constitutes fair punishment. You’re using cultural relativism the same way someone who learned about it 4 seconds before writing their post would.
I’m sure that’s exactly what he wants .. to marry and have kids and look in the eye the person that made a dumb decision that killed the love of his life
The murderer wants bond...What a sick selfish pathetic individual...Hoping it Gets 40 yes..I'm glad she didn't get bond..God's blessed and sympathy to the brides husband.family and friends
