Damn, doors got even harder, before update, I literally winned every game I played, but now, these spikes before the floor 100, these are annoying. Because, if run out of the candle, flashlight, or lighter, I would be absolutely dead. Since these spikes in dark, I can't see them, if I would stuck in them, and rush will come, I would be dead. Which happened to me like 6 times after the new update. And the only thing that is good, and that is the Jeff's shop
For people who hate the spikes, I just hug the wall and would open the next door. When I do, I stay next to a closet to hear if rush comes (btw put your sound on high volume enough to hear) I wait for a few seconds and then move on to the next room. Then keep repeating the process until you get to door 100 (I would save lights for door 90-100)
normal doors in 2022: non-smooth animations, no treasures added, didnt add new entities/monsters hotel doors in 2023: smooth animations, added treasures, added gold, added settings, added crucifix to stop monsters, harder puzzles, and THE RULES HAVE CHANGED
For your info, the animations were sick, there were much easier ways (eg just running past figure on door 100) there was gold, it's just rarely found, you can trap entitles except seek,glitch,jack, and the other ones by just doing simple glitches, seeks cutscene is now laggier on mobile, door 100 is like door 50, (you gotta find those thing before the puzzle) settings are basically useless, new achievements are useless, ( I mean, trapping an entity with a crucifix for a achievement?) The door 52 shop is useless, I mean why didn't they add the items like crucifix in the pre-game shop? Skeleton room is useless, you can just heal because bandages exist, Rush's rooms are now darker, The term " Rush can't spawn in dark rooms" is totally scrapped because you can touch those "snares" after door 90 and basically get rush, crucifix dosent hold seek and figure for long, meaning you still gotta do the chase/ door 100.

My only complaints about the update are some of figures new animations, in the library it feels a little to quick, he doesn't peak near the books and he does a Naruto run when he runs away in the cutscene lol, and I kinda miss it when he just jumps off the stairs like a maniac, but the new ones are greatly done although they are a bit wacky and the update is fantastic

A Little theory I have: I think Figure has a similar ability as Seek where he can generate small “portals” to different areas of the hotel. In the small spot where Figure comes from in door 100, all you can see is a small patch of… something. I think he went to door 100 through that small patch. Why? Because in the rooms with huge scratch marks and broken walls, you can see that same patch throughout the room. I think figure caused those scratches and broken walls. No other entity has hands besides Seek, and there are no eyes in those rooms. He probably created small “portals” to get to those rooms and door 100 and I think those small patches are his “portals.” This is just a little theory I have. This theory has many flaws though and is easily countered by many things about Figure and other entities.
I have a theory that we are in a labryth prison controlled by guiding light and we need to escape and there’s another evil entity like guiding light controlling the entites
The new ending cutscene is more realistic. It will show how tired the player is from running for an extremely long time. The player also reacted when Figure jumped on the elevator. The player and objects will also start floating due to how fast the elevator is going down. In the last fraction of a second before the game says “To be continued…” you will hear a muffled thud and the player and objects in the elevator will hit the ceiling. Meanwhile, for the old ending cutscene, it didn’t show how tired the player was, no reaction when Figure jumped on the elevator, and the player and object in the elevator did not start floating even though the elevator was going probably like 100 MPH and the player and objects in the elevator never hit the elevator ceiling. Extremely unrealistic.

I actually find the OG door 100 way easier, when you simply had to get a key and do the power. But now figure chases you after you open the door, you have to find 10 switch things, find the key, do the power and then you’re done, I really don’t think I could handle that 😭 After this update, the game deffo became more challenging. I would win a lot in the old doors, but beating the hotel+ doors… it’s probably gonna take quite a b i t of time

For me a difficult challenge and different stuff is very fun, the way the game looks is also really cool, more secrets to explore. So in my opnion the hotel + update has to be one of the best updates i've seen in a roblox game

if you notice the cutsene of the two, you can clearly see the figure pulling the iron for the elevator to fall, and he jumping in a place similar to a mine
those times will be missed when u could run behind figure on door 100 now its a lot harder to do bc u need to keep hiding in closets and u have to do the minigame which imo is hard but still the update is very epic
I usually , if I had lockpick I would unlocked the electrical box room first and flick the lever and run to the electrical room , and then go to the storage room to find switches and using figure’s footstep, after I collected all, I go to the electrical box room and do puzzle and then run to the elevator
I wish they had a mode u could pick like hard mode or easy mode bc the original one would take like 45 mins to finish and the new one take like an hour😭 plus for me it looks extremely hard, i don’t think I could cope I’m too lazy-
@@tashxia OG Door 100 wasn't even that hard. The intended method was you hiding, do the minigame and wait for figure to leave. Or you can go the cheese route and run past figure, once you get to the top of the stairwell, he just walks away. New Door 100, he chases you out of the room, you don't need to hide, I recommend running into one of the rooms and he'll lose interest.
8:05 I was the only one who saw that where the figuri drops to be saved because before the update it was an open space and in the new update now it is a little small and you can also see a small Hall where the figuri falls and also Before the update there weren't those bars because now there is this and a great theory for us fans of doors
The only complaint that I have about the game is is that there's pretty much no settings to turn down the graphics no matter if my graphics were all the way down it's still laggy
i play on my ipad which keep in mind is not too fast, and im still able to play it, past the seek parts and beat it while the update came around. you just have a crappy device.
i wish you could stil play before hotel + since the game was simpler.. just experience removed features and no crucifix, no greenhouse or updated animations. the game could be called... Doors: Classic... ahhh, yes.

Guys in this update there is a WHAT THE FUCK achievment cuz theres a recreation of rooms in doors:so in door 60 behind a wardrobe there is a secret place and u need to pull the lever on the next door and come back there to get to door A-0000 where u need 2 lockpicks and skeleton key where u will get teleported into ROOMS and YOU NEED TO GET TO A-1000 TO GET THE ACHIEVMENT that actually says what our charater feels or I should say what it doesnt fell cuz the achievment says "ah i cant fell my legs" so thats it,oh and yeah you need to survive entities like A-60 and soem orther that are jsut like rush and ambush and A-60
It used to be so easy that I beat it 11 times in the older version but now it's so hard that I can't complete it and u cant even like run past figure. But here's a tip you've got to open the elevator power door with a lockpick and then you can just go in that room after u open that door from the lever and crouch so that figure cant do anything

8:05 I was the only one who saw that where the figuri drops to be saved because before the update it was an open space and in the new update now it is a little small and you can also see a small Hall where the figuri falls and also Before the update there weren't those bars because now there is this and a great theory for us fans of doors

old door 100 was a breeze, before hotel +, the library was the only hard part of the game, and door 100 was the easiest room of all of the main rooms.
i havent even beated the door 100 and now theres new update and more harder tnx alot 😭😭

Guys in this update there is a WHAT THE FUCK achievment cuz theres a recreation of rooms in doors:so in door 60 behind a wardrobe there is a secret place and u need to pull the lever on the next door and come back there to get to door A-0000 where u need 2 lockpicks and skeleton key where u will get teleported into ROOMS and YOU NEED TO GET TO A-1000 TO GET THE ACHIEVMENT that actually says what our charater feels or I should say what it doesnt fell cuz the achievment says "ah i cant fell my legs" so thats it,oh and yeah you need to survive entities like A-60 and soem orther that are jsut like rush and ambush and A-60

It used to be so easy that I beat it 11 times in the older version but now it's so hard that I can't complete it and u cant even like run past figure. But here's a tip you've got to open the elevator power door with a lockpick and then you can just go in that room after u open that door from the lever and crouch so that figure cant do anything
