Well done kenny nice holiday, just as if I were there my self! But instead I'm here sitting in the cab of my kenworth wishing,, keep up the good videos
Ken, looks like your having a relaxing time with the family, and thanks for taking us on the ride too. Has the missus let you drive the Kenworth yet lol, another great production keep on enjoying yourselves . The good and the bad mate, it’s everywhere on the planet, you just have to live with it and get the best out of what we have got. Keep on trucking
Hi Ken, thank you very much for another great video. I enjoyed it very much. Please tell your wife that I think her garden is beautiful. Take it easy mate.
She’ll appreciate that,… she puts in a lot of work in her garden,… I was playing with the idea of calling one of the local garden magazines to do a photo shoot,…lol, would absolutely make her day
Look forward to more trucking adventures back in Oz. Thanks for showing us this side of the pond too. Been an interesting look into the Philippines, it is on my list to visit along with Vietnam and Thailand.
Thanks Ken, It is great to see different places that I would never get to visit. The roads are certainly very different to those back in Australia. Thank you for sharing your life and I always look forward to next weeks episode.
Wow Ken there was some great sites to see and that water is slow clear it looks magical, your carpentry works is coming along great, any way cheers for now mate and thank you
Gooday Ken ,hope you are enjoying your holiday mate. I must say the tropical rain looks really good and the fantastic growth it provides . It looks like a nice place to go and get away from the hustle of what you are custom to here in Australia. Cheers mate for now Michael.
The rain a bit like clock work,in the wet season, rains about the same time everyday, and it doesn't take long to dry off after, yes like you say Ken, there the tourist spots and the normal spots, where the people, survive day by day😮
I spent a week on Malapascua and loved every minute of it. There was no jetty when I was there. I stayed in a beach bungalow at Mike and Doises Aabana Beach Resort. It was pricey but well worth it having an entire beach house to yourself.
Thanks Ken ,For the very relaxing , and interesting trip up to the top end of your patch mate ,take it easy don't be in to much of a hurry to get back over here it's bloody cold down here in Albury catch up next video cheers stay safe "RB" Albury
The truck drivers have the ability to see round corners……your not going to try that in Australia I hope.😅. Must say you do have a good choice of music. I like the benches.
Looks like a great spot for a motorcycle workshop, plenty of them on the road , great video. What a contrast on that calm blue water Vs hassling a Bdouble through Sydney or Melbourne 😬
The Philippines is a beautiful country. After watching your videos, I want to go there. But I expect that a flight from Norway and back home will cost a small fortune. Really appreciate your trips with your family. Thank you very much for your videos. Greetings Runar from Norway
Hello Ken & Joy+ Family, Another Great Video, Thank for Bringing us Along With You, Some Places Look Realy Pretty, Have You Been Down South To Batangas?, Iwas There on A diving Trip 20 Years ago, Went across to Peurto Galera and Stayed at the Resort owned by two Aussie Ex Pats, Had a great time but the diving was very very Ordinary, Thanks For The Tour, Enjoy Your Holidays, Look forward to the Next Vid as Allways, Regards, Mum,bo, Walgett, NSW.
Looks like a chill few days on the road. The last hotel was pretty flash, eh? I suppose that it's always going to be hard to make a living on the small islands - not much except tourism or subsistence farming or fishing. Are you going to mount a carpenter's vice on your bench? Thanks for sharing, Ken, your videos are always so calming and gentle. Goodonya.
MATE ANOTHER TOP VIDEO AS ALWAYS,HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT GIVING THE TRANSPORT INDUSTRY A GO WHILE YOU,RE BACK HOME IN THE PHILLIPINES ,MATE AFTER SEEING ALL YOUR VIDEO,I THINK IF I WAS THERE I,D HAVE TROUBLE COMING BACK HERE TO AUSTRALIA,IT,S A PRETTY SPECIAL PLACE THERE
@@thehomelesstrucky good on you mate,Lindsays is pretty good company,i,ve known afew of their drivers over the years{or i should say my old man didas he was an owner driver for many years as was i)
Thanks, Ken ... loving these videos and great to see the progress with your workshop. I've noted that Joyce does all the driving ... does the Toyota have a bit too much power for you after the Aussie trucks? 🤣
You mean they’re not square?,… it’s actually the room that’s not square lol,… I think Leo the builder didn’t really bother about it too much,… did annoy me a bit but it’s done now.
Hello Ken, Joy and families, thank you for the lovely, very informative, with beautiful music and educational videos about Joy`s lovely garden surrounding your very beautiful home, your family, workshop, shopping, tripping around that you have posted since arriving home in the Philippines six weeks ago. Six weeks of holiday are already behind you .Wow, you have another six weeks to go and you will be turning the key of your truck waiting for the air pressure to build up and then take off for another nine months. With you driving your Road Train seventy two hours a week, week in week out, for nine months straight ( Wow, how do you do it ? ) ..Then again off to enjoy a very well earnt three months off with your lovely wife Joy and families in the Philippines. Have you ever considered say working 3-4 months then having 4-5 weeks holiday back relaxing in the Philippines with Lovely Joy, family, work bench, your animals, lovely food, weather etc ? You certainly make a lot of sacrifices during those nine month`s of working in Australia for three months off. We only have one life.. Once again thank you for your time and long hours putting together your most interesting UA-cam clips. I am always eager to see the next one. Take care. Kind regards Harry and Marion. New Zealand.
Thanks so very much ,… in the near future we’re planning on doing 6 months on 6 months off but there’s a couple of things we need to do first Thanks again for your support
When we visit Phils we often take short breaks away from the house for a change of scenery. We are lucky to be close to the mountains. In about a 90 minute drive you can go from being in a humid 33 degrees to a refreshing 23.
Great to see you and Joy again Ken. I passed Malapascua island years ago on the Super Ferry 12, Manila to Cebu, same route as the 2GO ferry was on in the video. Unless Carbon markets have changed, take some perfume to put under your nose when you walk through. And it appears that you are having a relaxing time at home, enjoy your time there. I have had to put up with Jonno and his road train videos while you have been away, which of course, are good watching. Just watched how to hook up a road train combo. Cheers
By the looks of some of the loads you passed, doesn't look like truck drivers don't have to worry much about the friendly memders of the DOT or local constabulary lurking around the next bend.
Mate keep up the holiday vlogs. Contact the Phillipines Tourist board they will probably sponsor you….😂 Nice to get an honest view of such a different place to live.
Hi Ken, looks like a good few days away nice spot thank you for the tour, When do you get back behind the wheel again over here e.g. are you having the rest of the year at home.? looks like the workshop is coming along well.👍👍👍👍👍👍
No,…we’ve got it so good in the developed world it’s not funny… now , when I hear drivers whinge about this and that I laugh and think come and drive in a third world country for a while lol
Hi Ken tell me mate how come you don’t drive over there I only see Joy driving is there a reason mate ..Any way how’s the holiday going you see to be lapping it oh pretty good ,Well before you know it you will be back in your baby K W making money for the family say hello to your family and stay safe God Bless ❤️❤️🙏🙏💪💪👍👍😄😄🦘🇦🇺
I scratched the mirror …once… and bumped an old lady’s arm with the other mirror,… once,…so joy thinks that it’s probably a good idea if she does the driving,… we just bought the car that morning and I had to drive on the wrong side of the road lol
Thank you so much, hon, for a wonderful holiday😊🥰🫰💖
