If you are referring to the accessories - such as pins, backshells, etc. - once you add a "base" component, you can add accessories, or auxiliary components. Depending on your level of detail - you may or may not want to show them in the actual 3D assembly as they will probably be hidden inside the housing anyway and take up unnecessary computer resources.
