It’s a quick test hi-Lo test but one of the shutters got jammed so it’s muffled and it’s kinda like wail (I have never seen this siren it’s not in carstains right) This must be a very old siren Mrmatt&mrchay never uploaded this well they stop uploading sirens since he thinks they are getting removed (well they are in carstairs) but not here
