Bought xtreme 160R yesterday.. i like this motorcycle.. ride quality is good. Motorcycle is light weight coz of that you can enjoy the performance. 160cc segment is meant for commuting purpose not for racing so you can cruise easily at 85kmph. If someone likes racing then better go for cbr250, Gixxer 250, ninja and higher cc motorcycles coz they are meant for pure performance. Hero xtreme will take Hero back to its glorious era of Karizma.. Don't go by numbers on paper.if anyone wants to buy please take a test drive of all the vehicles .choose that motorcycle which brings smile and happiness on your face . It maybe any brand. Just go by your heart. Finally it's a good motorcycle. Hero delivered it. Hero means trust. Jai Hind

I just bought this bike yesterday. Loving it. If you are using it solo most of the time go for it. You won't want to reach your destination. If not you can look for other similar bikes for pillion comfort.
Couple of time ago Xrteem was my super favorite when it was CBZ only. But now the bike is upgraded and the cons which is there are not negligible. Even if we consider this bike is good in terms of tide then question arrive about pillion. And unfortunately hero doesn't have option yet for their competitors in market like Pulsar and Apache because this two bikes are familiar bikes with sporty look and features. I have better experience with pulsar. Again Hero going to disappoint their customer's or fan of xtreem.

if i buy this bike, first thing i am going to do is take out the useless rear grab handle and then install a rear luggage rack. Because if i am going to do long drive with luggage, there is no option to fasten bungee cords on this useless grab handle. What were the hero designers thinking?

Xtreme for highway. And cooling is no prot. Long trip with 12-litre tank is not ideal but okay.
