Straight forward, and right to the point! Prefer these 7 minute long videos focusing on a specific topic other than watching a whole hour on theory, its so discouraging. Continue the series! Curious how you process and made that tight sub Bass on some of your intro Space Laces type tracks! I guess the tight kick and sub combo, absolute ear candy.
Call Man yeah I got more coming just so you know you should be rolling off around 50 Hz on your kick even though when you solo your kick, it sounds better without any cutting on the lower end. Do you want to tighten that kick up with an EQ on the end cutting that 50 Hz below and then also you might want to use the beats feature in the audio clip and pull down the transient so that it’s shorter you really don’t want your kids to linger very long. For subways again just like in the trash to video I’m using distortion and saturation in trash to tell accomplish that. Also, a lot of the times I have a completely separate sub base even for my serum presets and I just kind of fake with the Lohan is doing trying to mimic with the scent is doing on the top end.
@@no_damage Thank you for your input! I just recently really started messing with the transient of the kick attack and tail (and snare) and it really makes your drums come to life and sound more real and less robotic. I will consider getting trash!
@@no_damage How can that be? & That would be super helpful! totally true! I really want that tape compressor plug-in you mentioned on the master.. that sounds like the huge secret. The sound I’ve been trying to describe, it makes the track sound like it was recorded in a recording studio or somthing, yet it’s dubstep lol only way I can describe it. Gives an amazing effect
Legend man! Thank you!
Made another quick one about saturation I think people will find helpful.
@@no_damage oh man any knowledge would be appreciated! You should do a patreon
@@themalevolententity maybe!!
