Technically, grand theft auto is stealing a parked car. Ripping someone out of their vehicle and stealing it is carjacking. And that's according to a cop that I saw playing GTA V.

From an actual legal perspective, when that officer asked James (who identified as a Russian citizen) to leave Russian territory and enter foreign territory, it was done under the guise of conversation. Entrapment. Everything that happened after and as a result of that officer saying "Can you just come over here, I just want to talk" is completely devoid of any prosecution. He is literally innocent of everything that happened in this entire sequence of events.
The only problem I have is how quickly the girl officer was to basically avoid any RP with James and just force him into what they want. But James returns the favor by being a general nuisance.
I like that in these videos you do legitimately role-play, but you also manage to goof off and have a good time. Also, I don't care, but I'm pretty sure you've broken some of the rules that are common to GTARP servers many times, and I don't fully understand how you're able to. I thought NoPixel was as strict about that stuff as the other servers. Everyone seems to break character and laugh in these videos, I think I've noticed "power gaming" before, and it wasn't you, but someone said Spaceboy in a video, which is "metagaming." Again, I don't care, I think those are silly rules. I want to pretend that I have superpowers on these, but I can't. Granted, most superpowers would be hard to emulate on GTA, including the ability to manipulate time, but surely there's something that one could do. Maybe other people in your videos break those rules more than you do. But if no one cares, then good. Roleplay doesn't need to be realistic, and you should be able to goof off with your buddies and create wacky scenarios rather than adlibbing everything.
