No Solang valley stays open but you cannot take your vehicles at beyond one point only 4X4 vehicles are permitted due to heavy snowfall or road blockage. Avoid taking your cars beyond manali during snowfall season.

You can wait till end of dec as this snowfall is recorded on 1st week of Feb 2024 and there was not much snowfall in Jan 2024 this year.

Where all we can go in manali in February? I mean there are some places they restrict to go there.

Mostly all the nearby attractions. There are restrictions to Rohtang tunnel only in case of extreme snowfall, tourist will be notified locally.
