    बैटरी के मुकाबले हाइड्रोजन एक अच्छा विकल्प हो सकता है लेकिन मेरा analysis है ये भी भविष्य में महंगा हो सकता है। अब यदि अभी से हम atomic theory के fusion य fission आदि पर काम करे तो कम मात्रा में किसी रेडियोएक्टिव element से काफी energy प्राप्त कर सकते है बस ज़रूरत है उसे control और स्टोर करने की।

    Hydrogen solar looks better for high performance and more output at cheaper cost. I think that we should work to make it safer to avoid any dangerous incident.
    Can you inform whether it is being used in India commercially. Comparison of cost ,life span ,maintenance factors may also discussed in future vlog. Thank . I am Muhammad Shafiq from Rawalpindi Pakistan.

    Excellent explanation. In fact Hydrogen is combustible and Oxygen is supporter of combustion. That means we need to control Hydrogen gas from being caught fire due to any reasons. Anyway separation of Hydrogen and Oxygen is a difficult task which has been made possible by Cathode and Anode.

      In electrolysis, an electric current is passed through water, splitting it into its basic components: hydrogen and oxygen. This happens at the cathode (negative electrode) and anode (positive electrode). Hydrogen is produced at the cathode, while oxygen is generated at the anode. The separation is a key challenge because both gases are produced simultaneously and need to be kept apart to avoid any risks of explosion or unwanted reactions.
      Controlling the reaction and ensuring that the gases are properly managed-such as venting them safely or ensuring that they don’t come into contact with sources of ignition-is crucial for the safety of the process. The process itself is quite efficient in controlled environments, and separating the gases allows them to be used for various applications, such as hydrogen fuel cells or industrial oxygen production.     This is needs a lot of research.... The method of water splitting into hydrogen and O2 is electrolysis only which power intensive. Compression needs power. It appears to consume more power than produce... At the outset

    Esa plant abhi reliance industries bana rahi hai jamnagar, gujrat me. Hydrogen or solar plant dono bana rahi hai.abhi plant projects progress me hai. Aaj pata chala ye salar module or hydrozen fuel plant kyo bana rahi hai, ye reliance. 2027 me completed hogaa projects but next year manufacturing start ho jayega kafi plant ban chuka hain.

    It's a noble concept but the technology needs to be refined for commercial exploitation. There are many glitches as to the capital cost & output. It will become a reality in the future but for now research & development process will take time but once things are in place it will dictate the energy sector.

    Is it safe to compress and store H2 gas, as you know it is different from propane or methane gas. Also the ignition temperature of hydrogen is very low.

    Very good information. Many Many thanks. According to the law of conservation of energy, energy from hydrogen will be equal to the electrical energy produced by the solar cells. Either you charge the batteries or produce hydrogen. All these things are extremely dangerous. Hydrogen and air mixture explodes instantly. Batteries also catch fire.Gone are the good old days of safe diesel and petrol engines.

    Hydrogen gas is more expensive if used electrolysis of water at its efficiency 40-70%. All the calculations show that hydrogen 2x to 3x cost of petrol. That is why Elon Musk says it is dump idea. The only viable option for hydrogen very limited use cases where hydrogen can be generated waste water or other and then used for generating electricity

    Hydrogen is very explosive gas. Not safe at all. To overcome this problem Toyota has developed Water engine which uses water as fuel. Hydrogen is directly generated from water and in tern engine works on hydrogen gas.

    Hydrogen will be widespread used in 10 to 15 years as it takes lot of improvements and it’s not commercially viable. For commercial purposes, like aerospace, steel industry, train , ship and trucking it could be benefitting immediately.

    Isnt pure water non conductor of electricity? Water requires any salt to be added prior to electrolysis.
