Please tell Tahir we respect him very much and aren't trying to trick him. That's a rooster on the box, a symbol of the morning when it crows to wake us up so we can eat our corn flakes! 😀🐓🌞 And they do taste better with sugar.
Love from America. ❤
To be fair though, I understand why he thinks it's a parrot. Who ever heard of a green rooster? 😄
But I agree w/you; they are better with sugar. They should have given them Frosted Flakes to try, with Tony the Tiger on the box. Because... they're GRRREAT! 😉
Honey tastes better imho. Either way he made some very good observations.
@@kareninalabama The villagers thought it was bird food. And these cameramen feed us as idiots in the village. This sentence he has spoken as a joke. Sorry my english not so good..
Yea that made me laugh wen he said it's bird food and also the guy with bear n blue cloths with hate said it's full time no taste I laugh so hard
Beard not bear autocorrect spelling
You guys we’ve been eating parrot 🦜 food the whole time. 2020 is crazy
We always knew it, we just never told anyone... Shhhh!! ;)
The rooster on the box is definitely an abstraction. Never heard of a real-life green one.
Well it is a pandemic and one has to eat whatever is around the house...🤭
😱
Parrot!!!! 😂🤣😂🤣😂
The fun thing about these types of channels is they show that, despite our cultural differences, we are so much alike.
This an act just to amuse us
@Habib Ahmad Ironic isn't it. A hopeful thought is that we teach those of the next generation the folly in this and maybe the future will be brighter for them.
I suggest we keep exposing children to as many of these types of videos as possible. Nothing bridges cultural gaps better then seeing people from another culture experience things for the first time.
LOL, WE ALL DRINK FROM THE BOWL THE SAME...WHEN MOM ISN'T LOOKING.
Absolutely. I think for many of us even though from different backgrounds the men and women in this channel remind us in some way of people in our own lives and families. Like surely every family has a philosopher like Tahir or a singing, lovable rascal like Rana. They are lovely people. Like the ARC used to say, “We are more alike than different.”
We're all flakes...?
"Means you brake and being fast at the same time...wao"
🤣🤣 Tahir never fails to make me laugh
I'm not even Pakistani, im Somali and this has me in stitches. i cant even imagine how funny this is if you understand them. 5 STARS.
It’s very funny when you understand a lot more bcoz the so much is lost in translation :) not bad the translation though
ITS SO FUNNY BAHAHAHAH
well I wish is was real then so we all could have a laugh
Alot of it is not translated they way they saying it
@@manchesteryoutube2108 yea
When he said. "it starts to taste better after soaked in milk" then sipped the rest of the milk out the bowl . i smiled because thats how i eat the corn flakes.
"Cornflex" sounds like a maize-based muscle-building protein supplement. 🤔
That’s how foreigners pronounce it trust lol
💀
@Nero Metal 😂😎
😂🤣
I what's so wrong with corn flakes they're little muffins you know. 💖
In the usa most people would sprinkle some sugar on them or add frsh fruit like bananas or blueberries or strawberries. ✌💗 from fla usa
Wth sugar??? Ohhh I cant imagine eating corn flakes wth sugar!😨😱
I just buy Frosted Flakes there great!!
"Basically this is for parrots see on the box and now they give it to us, ahhhh."😉😉😉😉😉😉😂😂😂😂😂
That was so hilarious 😂😂😂
He has a point you know
Its a green chicken lol
Damnit, he got us.
See, he is legit lol
MUSTAFA will say this is a knock off of food at his village
He would say this channel is a knock off of his channel. Ohh wait!
God knows what is in that corn flex lol
Puntland stinks. 🤮
Nice to know I got your blood pumping with rage. Reer bari loser.

"I think i will get a cat and feed that poor soul these things" -Tahir
😂😂
While we may clown them for never trying this, I bet you they are in better health than the majority of us.
I don't think the intention of this channel is to have fun at their expense, it's for appreciating difference in culture and the diversity between all of us. These are kind, enthusiastic people and you need to include them when you say the word 'us'
@Lady Shri ❤❤
@Nero Metal no he used the words 'them' and 'us' making a comparison very much like you're doing. its wrong for you to make that comparison too since no one is 'better' than anyone else
They all look great...
I'm not clowning .. I simply find it interesting to c what they think of food that is foreign to them
Wonder what the villagers would think of Rice Krispies 'talking' to them?
I think they should have had a sugared cereal.
Wondered the same thing.
Yeah give them some bland cereals: rice krispies, rice chex, crispix, corn flakes.
Then have them try some sweetened cereals: frosted flakes, Life, honey bunches of oats, honey nut cheerios, frosted / honey-nut mini-wheats (shredded wheat bites).
Then have them try some super-sugary cereals: Trix, coco puffs, lucky charms, captain crunch, etc.
Would be interesting to get their take on which they like better overall, if any: the unsweetened, lightly sweetened, or really sugary ones. And/or which one is their favorite overall (even if they maybe don't like the category overall)? Like, I'm not really a fan of the super sugary ones, but won't like that I do have a soft spot for Trix and such. The kinda' fruity cereals, etc. Though my favorite is honey nut cheerios, which is sweet, but I don't think like overly/sickeningly so?
We do have our traditional form of Rice Krispies but we don’t eat that as breakfast cereal. We eat that as a snack and mix them with sugar frosted flakes.
We call them “Phuliyaan” 😄
@@voiceofutube In India, we make varieties of regional street food out of puffed rice, like Bhel-Puri, Bhadang, Jhal-muri, churmuri or susla.
I had Corn Flakes for breakfast this morning. With almond milk, whole grain toast with butter and apricot jam. Coffee and a banana, easy and inexpensive. When I was a hard working man, it just would not have been enough, but I am retired and it gets my day started. I am an American. May you all be blessed.
Try Frosted Flakes next time. It already has the sugar added.
I thought the same thing when he said it needed sugar! 😃
Adrian Broadnax definitely!
Never cared for those. I love adding my own sugar.
@@andreadeamon6419
Now that I think about it...Corn Flakes do taste better (when we add a bit of sugar). Have you tried Rice Krispies in Strawberry Quik? Get ready to have your mind blown!
@@AdrianBroadnax actually no - but the wheels are turning (thank you) 😋
"I think this thing is for birds like parrot " 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I've been thinking the same too ... i used to feed the leftover of cornflakes to birds and chickens.
My chickens loved them.
They're spot on. American breakfast feels very light, while being highly caloric, which leaves people feeling empty
What the hell ?
Corn flakes aren't high calorie nor heavy.
Bagels and cream cheese?
Rasin toast with butter?
Coffee, Tea ?
Now go slam down eggs, fried potatoes, sausage, pancakes, waffles .. yeah heavy and high calories. Don't know anyone who does this everyday.
Steak eggs and raisin toast, coffee 1 cream.
Good breakfast not heavy.
A Eggo with maple syrup not heavy.
Had eggs and salsa this AM with Coffee black. Not heavy.
@@nateman10 hell I'll make salsa a meal !
Most Americans I know don’t have anything for breakfast other than coffee. I don’t like to eat early in the morning unless it’s something light like yogurt, fruit or cereal. As a non morning person many of us don’t have time to eat a big breakfast because we are pressed for time to get to school/work. Now back in the day when my grandparents were living on farms it was different. Now I find most people who eat those big breakfast meals are retired or they eat it for Sunday brunch.
@@anndeecosita3586 or are tourists 😂
Eat the entire box
The parrot 🦜 example was the best ever 😂😂😂✅
Every time I watch one of these videos, I feel like I know the people on the show. I love watching it because it does not matter where someone is from or what language they speak:we all like the same stuff and this show is a great example of that. Bravo ! Looking forward to more videos. You guys are AWESOME!
My man, just eating the flakes then drinking the milk, like a boss!
Serving that without sugar to sprinkle on it, is just a crime.
Or Apple and honning.
Without the sugar coating to serve newcomers if sort of a minor misdemeanor.
I personally like to have it without sugar, putting sugar in that is weird to me🤷♀️
Or honey with blueberries...
@@sandracox4341 no I can never lol I like it plain with milk only 😂
they should have given fruit as well, Corn flakes and banana slices were
my favorite as a kid with a slice of toasted raisin bread!!!
Yeah ! Rasin bread smothered in butter !
Strawberries also. Oh my - now i want some
Don Love Try raisin bread with apple butter 😋
@@anndeecosita3586 smothered in Apple butter! Even bad apple butter beats no apple butter!
Okay what about freeze dried strawberries freeze dried bananas and walnuts they would go bananas over that oh my God I forgot bananas? 😊❤️💖
How are you going to give them cornflakes without sugar, that's the best bit
What's funniest, is that their comments are often spot on. No one in the US or Europe would admit it though.
I love this channel!! How funny that several mentioned they’d be better with sugar. Growing up, I don’t think I knew anyone who ate cornflakes without adding sugar!! These men are all so lovely!! I’d love you to do some videos where you went to their villages and homes and showed us their normal breakfasts, lunches, dinners & snacks!!
These villagers don’t know about cereal because they eat bread and wholesome things for breakfast❤️
Remember why they can eat such wholesome things. Who makes the food? Their wives don't work, so they stay home and make beautiful meals. This is not 1950's here, so we need convenient food. Sacrifices have to be made.
Exactly because they do a lot of physical work like farming etc
They mostly eat organic and fresh produce. Because they work on farms so they consume big amount to have more calories and they burn all the calories while working there.
@Osel Somar
No, they don’t. Average age of villagers in Pakistan is 80+ years if they don’t smoke.
@@bodyofhope i always believed that that particular sacrifice should not have been made. Families operate much more efficiently while one goes to work for money and the other goes to work for the family.
I am enjoying your videos very much! I have liked and subscribed and am eagerly waiting for more! Respect from Pennsylvania, USA.
I Can Watch this All Day, Love to see their Expressions when they Try Something for First Time. 😉😁
The big question is, do corn flakes cause a cough, or cures one.
😂😂😂😂 laughed so hard, had to caugh
Tahir is hilarious 🤣
This is Tahir's law
🤣🤣🤣🤣
If you drink it with tea 😂
I think again the funniest comment is it's for the parrot can't you see his picture.
They are so careful pouring in the milk. We in the West will not be so careful. Makes me think of how much we take for granted.
I find this very entertaining. Their insight and perspective from their point of view is fascinating.
Now I won't be able to eat my cornflakes without feeling like I am eating parrot food! LOL!😂
I totally agree with you and now I'm going to be giving some of it to my guinea pig and I'm not going to let it scream at me and grab the bars and say you don't feed me I don't got s***.
Haven't had cornflakes in years, and after watching this, well, forget it.
They are so polite and kind, they don't want to hurt our feelings❤😃
Eating cornflakes with my hand and chasing it with milk was practically my childhood in the 80's. This man is on the ball!
These guys are too cute trying our food I don't think i would be so brave eating some of the things they eat
Mr Tahir ... Im impressed with you. The way you talk sound legit . Haha. Plus pure reaction is what i need. But they eager to try it. What a respect . Thumb up
As a kid, I ate dry cereal without milk while watching tv. It was one of my favorite snacks. (Usually Frosted Flakes.)
I eat mango and strawberry flakes they are so good
As a kid ? lool I'm a grown ass and i still do that at night when I'm high and out of snacks AHAHJAJAJAJHAHAJ.
As a Canadian kid, i poured ketchup chips in a bowl, smashed and ate with a spoon like cereal. Also while watching TV and skipping school. ( No parent supervision, my mom was in the hospital and dad working). Not very healthy LOL
Rana Nadeem seems very nice. Thank you for posting these videos.
Wonder how they'd react to the story of the invention of cornflakes, especially the story of J.H. Kellogg and his cult.
His cult? Now that's interesting!
I was thinking that they should know the strange story behind corn flakes too.
@Lady Shri I wanted to sleep but now I can't. At first it was hilarious, by the end I was (and am) fucking mad. Thank goodness I only had those cereals once or twice in my life
Anthony Hopkins played Dr. Kelloggs in the movie The Road to Wellville
@@Neerepha why did you get mad?
Amazing how Tahir goes from seeing Cornflakes for the first time to inventing Frosties and Crunchy Nut Cornflakes within 5 minutes
So happy they have made more vids with these gentlemen. I enjoy seeing them try new things. They are so polite and seem like nice men.
i absolutely love these videos. these men are so patient and good natured in their comments and in their willingness to try new foods..
They say, “They’re just okay and would be better with sugar,” but they keep eating them and polished them off. Next time give these wonderful people some Captain Crunch, Coco Crispies, or Fruit Loops. Pakistani food sounds amazing. I’m going to find a restaurant here.
Breakfast is derived from break and fast as in when we sleep we fast. The first thing we eat in the morning is what breaks that fast.
Tahir has a great sense of humor.
not even black pepper...
lmao
some one got me like that once, was it you .
My late Mother (God rest her soul) liked to bake chicken with a corn flake topping! Simply delicious!
I would love to see this expanded with samples of frosted flakes (Tony the tiger), and also things like US Americans add to our cereal like raisins and Banana.
I was the weird kid who loved corn flakes and preferred it to the more sugary "saturday morning" cereals.
5:47 he is a natural stand up comedian ❤️❤️❤️ love his punch lines 😝😝😝
I love the way Tahir turns everything around and ends up talking about teeth lol
You gave them the totally WRONG cereal! Should have been Frosted Flakes!
Havasumom
They didn’t give them any sugar!
* CocoPuffs (Chocolatey Rice Puffs)
Capn' Crunch yummy.
Corn flakes are delicious!
💀😂😂😂😂😂
A little sprinkle of Cinnamon sugar on the top is Awesome xx
Yes, Cornflakes are often eaten with a sprinkle of sugar on top to make them more palatable. Add a side of fruit like an orange 🍊 to have a more satisfying meal.
White shirt with the black scarf has it right 100%. Add some sugar and then the milk and it’s so much better.
3:02 I've eaten many bowls of corn flakes, but never thought about them as papadum. Good comparison. :)
Tahir and his explanations are hilarious! 😂🤣 Everything is good for a cough according to him.
I think most ppl do add sugar to corn flakes.
Banana or strawberries
No way. I never add
@@jenkinscourtney11gmailcom I eat in Pakistan and flavour is chocolate, mango, strawberry 🙃
The wisdom of these Down to Earth people is astounding. They are not simple people; there is nothing simple about having a good heart.
I love these people it lets u see how similar our personalities are no matter where you’re from
6:40 wise one!! Seriously i wont ever understand how corn flakes or cereals can fill one's stomach !! 😂😂😂😂😂
Maybe if we eat again and again we will like it.
You have to add sugar to sweeten and sliced bananas (optional) for added interest.
Is it me or have other people watched these more than once ??
Did they tell Tahir that Cornelius is a rooster? He is name Cornelius "Corny" Rooster after all.
Did anyone else look up what parathas and papadum were? I know I did. I love it when they speak about their traditional breakfast foods.
Why are all these tribal trying new foods videos so hilarious? I don't know. I don't get it. But I love it. LOL It's guaranteed to put me in a good mood, so I will always keep clicking on it. Keep up the good work, you guys! You are so much fun, and so enjoyable.
I'd love to see "Tribal People Try Captain Crunch."
"These pellets have turned the milk blue, and though they are sweet, my mouth feels as if I have eaten thorns."
Couldn’t be more accurate!
This video made my whole week!!! (I’m also Punjabi)
Great video. I learn so much from you. I love the way they tell us about their villages.
Some of the most sensible people I have come across, they were right about just about everything, it is a joy to watch them
Every breakfast cereal is made in Battle Creek, Michigan. Corn Flakes too.
I would love to see Fruity Pebbles tried!
I really like these guys and this post! It is so nice to get to know people and dispel fear of people the media would like us to fear! Peace and love to you brothers!
@08:39 corn flakes was actually originally made for hospital patients, in 1894.
The picture is of a chicken of the kind we see on farms. Specifically, it''s a rooster. The old advertisements would say something like "farm fresh corn flakes" and that is what the rooster represents: the farm the corn came from. The flakes are made from corn, which we eat a lot of in America. Some brands of corn flakes are better than others, though. I prefer corn straight from the cob. I never cared as much for corn flakes, but my father loves them. He puts a teaspoon of sugar in them and sprinkles them with cinnamon. I promise you we do not feed these to birds. :)
Edit: The gentleman with the red head covering eats cereal the same way I do. I eat it dry and have a glass of milk with it. :D

I love Corn Flakes. You can eat them pretty much anytime during the day. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or snack. You can add fresh fruit for extra goodness, like Bananas, Blueberry, strawberry... even dried fruit tastes great with them, like Raisins, Craisins, figs, or whatever else you like. We also drink the remaining milk straight from the bowl. They should also try Wheaties, Rice Krispy's, Corn, Rice or Wheat Chex cereals, Raisin Bran and Corn Pops... they'd love them all I'm sure. They're low in sugar but still tastes good... you can add sugar yourself to however sweet you like it.
Add a little sugar. You can also add small pieces of cut fruit.
think the bird was supposed to be like rooster because it crows in the morning when you get up for breakfest lol, can't let cornflakes sit too long it will get soggy lol
growing up and sometimes to this day to add flavor to corn flakes we add fruit: peaches , bananas, blueberries, or add some granola or other cereal and mix it, or a spoon full of sugar makes it sweeter.
Choudry is really rockin' that shirt and hat ensemble.
Corn Flakes are one of my favourite, not too sweet - Raisin Bran is also up there for me
We should start Donations for implanting teeths of Mr. Rana the Great...
Thank you for sharing. I love watching your videos.
a parrot? lool i love this guy..he is soo technical and methodic. i was hoping he pulled out his knife and try to slice the corn flakes into pieces
SUGAR!! Add SUGAR!
but then again I was the kid that would put sugar on frosted flakes
Yoghurt milk! Kefir! I'm more apt to enjoy their meals than ours 😁
The Kellogs brothers had dispute with eachother over adding sugar to corn flakes. One brother wanted it to be kept plain for religious reasons.
J.W. Kellogg was trying to make Bread but left the dough to harden..the result was flakes.
Convinced its for parrots 😂 I love it!
5:45 had me laughing so hard
I LOVE parathas! Greetings from Germany, I like you tribal people sooo much.
When I was pregnant with my daughter, all I craved was Corn Flakes with banana. My ENTIRE pregnancy. I went through boxes of it a week. I swear, Kellogg’s made a fortune in 2010. And you know what? I STILL love Corn Flakes with sliced banana. 😁. Love you guys!!
I myself add a little sugar or honey when I take my flakes lol.
6:40 my mom made pasta for my great-grandpa and he was like: "oh, it is very good, but give me some bread to eat it with" :D
Exactly, people who are used to eat bread, they need a piece of bread with every meal to call that a meal otherwise they call it a snack instead. 😆
It would blow their minds if companies still put small toys in cerial boxes.
These videos are great!
