Yes this is a challenge, you want to make sure you find the right location that won’t eat up to much $ on your overhead. But you also want something nice enough to where people will feel comfortable shopping .

All prices vary on location. Storage area etc. example of you Have a gated storage lot insurance can be cheaper, qty of cars all that plays into price

Garage insurance would be great to protect your vehicles. But it’s not required, I definitely recommend it.
And yes, a lot of people still use Craigslist for marketing.

I don’t have a list but it can vary by state . For CA it’s pretty simple . You can try to work with a local registration office too they’re a huge help
