- The complete passenger experience video of an ICE-TD train from Hamburg to Copenhagen (City Night Line) getting on a ferry, to cross over to Denmark, from Germany.
It is NOT a "City Night Line", but a German Diesel ICE. Diesel ICE have stopped going to Denmark ( I think end of 2016) from Germany, because of Maintenance reasons (German Railways did not want to pay the costs of Technical security maintenance).
By the way: The "City Night Line" (from Basel, Munich and Amsterdam) did not travel via the ferry (Puttgarden-Rødby) route, but via Jutland. But due to stupid German railways it was suspended around four years ago.
This is not true. Ice trains are still operated here in Denmark to hamburg
What's the difference between ICE and EC trains? Is EC38 worth travelling?
what is the pricing per head to travel fm Hamburg by this night ferry cum train service into Denmark- COPENHAGEN
booking 3 months in advance, it costs 29 € and it takes 04:54 :)
The train is inside the ferry?
