Although only filmed two months ago, I believe some of these scenes are now historic, as the Bern Mobil map now shows route 20 extending beyond Bahnhof to terminate at Längasse; route 12 now goes to Holligen instead of Längasse, while route 11 runs only between Bahnhof and Neufeld P+R. This is a very nice video of one of my favourite cities.
Trams in flat terrain, and trolleybuses in uneven terrain are much more sustainable than gadgetbahn ideas like li-ion battery powered electric cars and buses and hyperloops.
Very beautiful and long video! Thank you. I hope you had a good pair of waterproof shoes! I really like the views of the historic center. it shows the trolleybuses in a pretty frame. I also like the different views of the interior of the Swisstrolley.
Very nice video! I take line 20 (Länggasse - Wankdorf Bahnhof with triple-articulated Hess LighTram) twice a week in order to go to my vocational school. I have also watched a lot of your other videos, and I'm really interested in trolleybus-systems of other countries.
Very good video. Fantastic transport system. I give you a like and you already have a new subscriber from Spain. Best regards. Muy buen video. Fantástico sistema de transportes. Te doy un like y ya tienes un nuevo suscriptor desde España. Saludos cordiales.
I was looking for a video to show how the pantograph attaches to the power lines and converts an electric bus into a trolley bus. I can't find any on UA-cam. I found this spectacular and regret I didn't record it myself. Were these not available in 2019, @Gintaras?
then i bee ins Swiss i have time only for 6 full days ,so i made only trolleybus videos . I hope in future i will make tram video and will visit other cities
Rubber tires have more grip than steel wheels on steel rails, and Switzerland is a mountainous country. So trolleybuses can ascend and go where trams can't.
I like those modern double articulated trolleys.

Absolutely fantastic, like Zurich, another amazing modern system.
Как снова побывал в столице Swiss. Троллы шикарные
Так Швейцария это рай на земле
I am from Zurich and in my opinion, we have the best public system in the world. We love our Trams and Trolleybus. I hope America will get the hint ;)
I realy like Switzerland, and planning come back

2:41 Funny how this "feusi" ad makes the bus almost mistake it for one from Biel/Bienne.

Рай на земле!!!
Until you have to pay rent and travel expenses. (The high Swiss wages are then over sooner than the month).
