Heres a little tip for you when using aftertale sans.
1. When enemy is rushing you, use bone rush and go with its flow.
2. When enemy is close to each other, use determination and use your cross bones ability, it till destroy their health if they dont jump constantly.
3. Alaways try to find a opportunity to save, and run away from the save so the charas need to decided on who will guard the save, meaning less enemies rushing you.
