Indeed both those tanks are a curse on the tier X games. And the saddest thing off all is it is one thing getting butchered in your tier X by one of these but it feels like hell when you come up against them in a Tier 8! Some matches you just are creeped out like hell not knowing what is behind a corner because half the enemy team can one shot you without even needing to aim anymore.
Those 2 make the deathstars look pathetic.

I hate both (I own AVRE). I hate Taran more because it is invisible 🫥
If only we could get teammates that could pull their head out of their brown hole, then tier 10 would be bearable

The Taran and the Avre simply didn't belong in WW2
Man they should buff the grille because of this tank, I think they should give it a camo buff and raise its alpha from 750 to 850

While this and the AVRE are crazy game killers, still rather play against them than those crappy little sports cars with rockets in Coldwar which for me, never gets played anymore, I just sell the free tanks you get, great games tho Petty 👍

There isn’t a tank in this game i hate so much to see on the enemy team as the Taran. I dislike it even more then the avre. And i hate to see avre’s to! But the thing is it is far less difficult surviving an attack of a lone avre then it is the Taran. Because even with all my best view range tanks you will never see the taran coming. I don’t mind the raw alpha I don’t mind the mobility it has but they should nerf its camo so hard it almost needs to be as visible as a jageroo to be balanced!!!

AVRE still takes the biscuit, because I know it's coming and it does something stupid aggressive but doesn't get punished

Also lovely video, absurd tank, i never play tier IX or X cause of the taran, death star, 4005, avre and surely there are other broken tanks i only play from tier V to VIII

@edoardograppeggia7326 Same. I wish I had that luck in tier 8. I'm consistently bottom tier. I try to pick off tiny chunks of health from an avre or similar and then get 1 shot or hit for over half hp.

I play a lot of tier viii tanks and the trouble is around 50% of the games are in a tier x lobby. That's no fun when you're trying to grind a tier viii.
I got 1 shotted by this thing yesterday in my tier 8. Never saw the shot. Such a powerful tank.

Reduce the reverse speed, restrict the turret arc and lower it to 750 alpha, then it's similar to grille but more stealthy and balanced
No way. Destroy all the big hitters so that wargaming can ruin the game even more. Do yo play football matches where no one loses and everyone wins?
850 alpha just like the Obj.268v5 reduce camo and reverse speed. Thats it.

I haven't played since the Taran came out, but decided to hop back on. I know people complain about 6.0 accuracy and modules, but the poor Skorpion feels like it got worse.
Tier X vs Tier VIII tho tbf.

With full camouflage skills still undetected while moving slightly less that 300m😂 around ~298m
The SU 130PM undetected while moving 221M

If WG would buff lights to counteract the Taran I wouldn't mind it, but then the lights would be too OP. There is little to counteract this thing without making other things OP.

When I'm playing my lights, specced for vision and camo, and I get spotted, I never bother looking for another light, I just run. Wargaming needs to take the L and get rid of them and the Avre or set them as tier 10 only, even then they outclass all other tier 10s.
And yet many in the discord will say this tank isn't broken.

I don't really play ww2 getting one shot from an unseen enemy happens way to often for my liking, I play tier v up to 7 or cold war.
The game modes are personal preference, always play what you enjoy

You know when this thing came in out I actually bought it cuz I had the extra money and I was like no way they release another O.P. tank like this ever again..... Then they proceeded to release the AVRE 😂😂😂

It's just like the Wiesel in Era III, the camo is just stupid for what the tank has. Using the metric that WG'ing said they used, the pyramid, armor, gun, mobility... this tank has it all.

The thing I don’t understand about this tank is the crazy DPM. 12.4 seconds with 950 alpha just makes zero sense in this game. Literally none. 100 lower alpha on the Obj 268 V5, and it has a slower reload and basically every other tank with lower alpha too? And those that have higher alpha have almost 60-70% longer reload? If they just dropped the alpha down to say 750, and the reload by one second. It would be still a very competitive DPM, but it wouldn’t absolutely delete people at least and with lower alpha it would need to be exposed more in order to dish out damage. That would make it strong enough still, but not overpowered anymore.
The FV4005, the Death Star, the Waffle, are all balanced. They can have mega games, but they still can be trolled. I've had a Waffle dump an entire clip into my LTTB, bounced every shot and then I circled the poor dude. The Taran, you are spotted and deleted and even the camouflage after firing is OP enough that it's doubtful your team will get vengeance.
@@damageddystopia well yeah, that’s why it needs a DPM and specifically Alpha nerf. Camo is a necessity for that tank since it has literally zero armor. It’s basically a Russian E25 at tier 10. And with its current DPm and alpha it’s even worse than that.

Remember when the 430u was considered op? 🤣🤣 Seriously though that fn taran out spots my best light tanks. Hate it and the avre. Also I seems like they made it so the taran doesn't stay lit as long as most tanks.

the op tank is less of problem than the unblanced match system. I hardly feel balanced match these days, it turns wotc into a lucky game. If you get reasonable team, you win with whatever shiity tank😂

The dpm isn't good for a tier 10 if u compare it to the ISU 122s at tier 7, it has 4200 dpm
It's one of the highest at tier X. (And the game) ISU 122s has camo and DPM but exceptionally Derpy gun bad velocity and no turret, also fairly slow (comparing tier for tier)
I also only play tier 5 tanks,these tanks like the taran and avre,are disgusting and ruined this game,and you putting out this video everyone will want one,😂,everyone wants it anyway,and what were they selling it for,exactly,they make op tanks,wait a few months then put them for sale again,just greed,great videos,apart from these op tank videos 😂
AVRE is the biggest killer for me, I just hate playing against that thing
yes I'm a scrub I love it have over 500 game in it. Never hit the 10k mark but have good game. best is when you one shot a IS-7 ammo rack it
