@FrostbittenWarcraft I wasn't criticizing you. It's just that Blizzard doesn't like those "free" offers. There was also a project of a free implementation of the Warcraft 2 engine called Freecraft which Blizzard forced to stop.

thx 4 the uploads, i used to play this game single player back in the day 4 the playstation, now that ive got a deeper appreciation 4 the genre its nice 2 see that theres actually strategy involved XD. u should do some uther rts commentaries(theres none 4 aoe2 Dx
I don't think that scout in the beginning was "random". I remember that this proxy barracks was quite widely used on bnet back then, if your enemy spawned at that position. After several annoyances from that tactic, I also started scouting this spot every time I spawned there… well, at least if I remembered to do so =)
I hear to build Axe Thrower is considered an insult because its bad :D But is it really that bad? 3 or 4 bloodlusted axe throwers can be really good when ogres dont reach no? Also did you ever try out speed buff and bloodlust on a dragon!? ITs really really good :D And since there is no axe thrower i wonder why not mix in dragons? Also thank you for those commentary ! I love Wc2!
@fiendin281 i played wc3 and i do currently play sc2, overall i prefer warcraft 2. The mechanics of the game are more ... transparent and manageable. You do not need to buy the game, it is free. Link in the description.
if you like Warcraft 2 you would LOVE Starcraft Brood War ! ;) I strongly recommend you to try it out ;) it is also free and you can get it anywhere on the internet - or for a multiplayer only - from iccup.com !
i gotta say these war2 reps are quite a find... i've been watching war3 and sc replays for... over 6 years, and i find war2 to have perhaps the most interesting core mechanics... such a shame its so terribly balanced and simplified!
Don't know if you ever got an answer, but Orcs are just plain stronger in Warcraft 2. I'm not saying it's a guaranteed win by playing Orc, but it takes more effort to win as Human. It can be done, but Orc vs Orc is more even. The bloodlust spell and death knight spells are way better.
