Your baby is absolutely gorgeous!!! Just a suggestion, I noticed alot of my friends and family's babies hair thinned or completely came out a few months after they were born. So what I did with my 2 children is I got them silk pillowcases and that is all they ever layed on and they NEVER had thinning or balding around the edges. Just a suggestion. Keep up the GREAT work you're a wonderful mother!❤

My baby had that same permanent part in the back😂 it used to drive me nuts lol but now she’s a year and a half and it’s filled in thank goodness. It just takes time... and patience. your baby is absolutely gorgeous!! ❤️

When you comb her hair or your mom combs it have her connect a lil hair above the line and hair under her line to have plats in the middle so it covers.. it’ll help make her hair come together.. if that make sense because it is a lil hard trying to explain
daishneek721 yes great advise! She tried to do that but the back texture is so soft it won’t stay 😩 my mom wanted to try ouchless hair ties instead for the back but in to scared 😳😩
My daughter hair was the same way, just keep taking care of it and it will come together.

Don't get too worked up about the shedding love ❤ it's normal. It's mainly from babies being on their backs a lot.
My baby wasnt always on his back and he just naturally shed , he was born with a full head of long fluffy hair then around 4 months it litterally all fell out and he was BALD! lol but eventually grew back.

*After shampoo and conditioner, you can use Jamaican castor oil to seal in moisture. That will help with growth process while your mom puts her braids in.*

Beautiful 😍 the line is usually from them sleeping on their backs & their heads rubbing against fabrics. I would say to switch her pillowcase to a satin pillowcase so there isn’t fiction to her hair. I did that with my son because he has/had that line too.

Shea Moisture Kids has a shampoo with conditioner in it if you ever want an alternative. I’ve been using it on my 10 month old for a few months and my daughter has that same line across the middle of her head and it’s legit two different textures but it will definitely fill in over time.

My son is 2 and biracial. So for his hair, I wash it maybe 2-3 times a week, but I use she’s moisture for shampoo and Alaffia leave in conditioner. Then I use the ex Detangler brush to make it easier on his hair. Then once I rinse it it, I add either unrefined coconut oil or mixed chicks leave in conditioner to make sure his hair is moisturizer. Lately he’s been pulling his hair out when he gets relaxed. Smh it drives me nuts cause I love his little curls. Cantu does not work for his hair at all!
Get her a saying pillow case that will help with her hair...you can get some stung material for her carseat as well for the head part...the cotton is causing the back to just grow a little slower by taking the moisture away..happened to my girls

Usually you will see her true texture come in after a year. Just keep her scalp stimulated and moist avoid the same braid patterns . She’s beautiful congrats

Hey Ms. Dyamond!!! Your baby is so cute 😍 I didn't know if you knew it or not but babies naturally loose their hair after a couple of months. It does grow back but this was a new experience for a mom using aloe vera, shampoo and a conditioner. My youngest daughter had hair like lil Ms Ari's but she would never grow her bangs for nothing 😂😂😂 so long story short I just kept it platted up and greased her scalp and massaged it in a her hair grew so much people thought I put weave in it but it was her hair😂😂😂 well love the mama & daughter videos so cute ♥️

Good morning baby, align her bed where she lays her head down, car seat, and stroller with some satin material. The line is from her rubbing her hair out from moving her head side to side it will totally help. I have done this with my boys and grandbaby. Cantu for kids line is great. Coconut oil pure is great! Six months and after you will be able to see her true texture. I'm serious about the satin and yes they have "pink".
How old is Ari now? My little baby is going on 3 months at the end of August i havs to get her on a routine quick she is having some dry scalp or excema in her head so i need to get some medicine from the doctor and once thats clears up i can work on her hair routine she is so beautiful. I had my aloe vera for about two months I added green tea and some other things in it but I started in the fridge raider so I hope it’s good to put on my hair because I didn’t put it on my hair because I can’t put it on my hair all the time so is that OK to store it for a few months or should I throw it away and make new
