    I learned to sew in 7th grade Home-economics class (1964). I’ve made clothes for myself and my daughter but watching your videos I’ve learned things that weren’t taught in my HE class. I’m so glad I ran across them. Oh and I have subscribed.🤗👍🏽👍🏽

      I learnt in 7th grade too. 1979.. Schools really need to bring H.E back into schools. My daughters cant sew.. I had to teach them, and they are still not interested.. But me....I LOVE IT.. I make for myself and others now..❤

    You take the guess work out of something that otherwise seem difficult, simplifying it, where beginners to experienced sewers can learn. Impressive! Great job! 💖

    • @Beautarie
      @Beautarie  5 років тому

      My waist is 30 inches. I think it's medium gum stay. Sometimes if I don't find the hard one I can always double it. And iron 2 layers to make it harder.

    • @Beautarie
      @Beautarie  5 років тому +2

      1 yard is enough dear. Since the panels are small

    • @princessadex7256
      @princessadex7256 5 років тому

      Flare and top will be like 4yards because of the sleeve and the panels too depend on ur waist measurements

    • @sonasall9

      MammaDoulas the white fabric behind the dress

    • @MammaDoulas
      @MammaDoulas 5 років тому

      @@sonasall9 Yes I se that part but is it something sticky on one side that you have to iron it? When I go to the fabric store is that what I ask for "interfacing"? Also is it just to make the fabric hard. Sorry for the silly questions.

    Hello pleae I'm practicing the tutorial but im confused,the down part where you divided your waist by 10,how do i divide mine if my waist is 28??

    • @Beautarie
      @Beautarie  5 років тому +2

      Divide 28 by 10. Making yours 2.8 inches. But you will make 9 panels. Considering that you also add seam allowance on the sides of your panels to make up for the one panel we have removed
