You absolutely should consider the effects of climate change on your settling location. For example, there are places where it is not possible to get homeowners insurance due to flooding, places where the probability of drought and/or extreme heat waves are higher, and places where wildfires are more likely to occur. I took Grass Valley, CA off my list of possible retirement locations for the latter reason. Our next door neighbor's son lost his house in the Paradise fire. That isn't "politics;" it is making intelligent, reasoned choices that optimize your quality of life and finances. It is not your fault if dimwits are triggered by the phrase "climate change."
Beard is great. Listen, the most talked about plugin for serious gospel players these last few months has been Doobie Powell's Peculiar Sounds by Gospel Producers. If you want to change up a lil bit and do a review on that crazy vst, it would be definitely sth else!
