Actually, I was a paratrooper /sniper for 6.5 years with 6 missions to Rwanda, after that I worked for military intelligence sometimes we did shifts from more than 52 hours, and that's wat those young people don't do anymore. When they are on a watch they play more on there smartphones than observe what they have to observe. There is no discipline and respect anymore. Tesame for young policeofficers; something is missing to do the job how we did it.
