- The FOREVER TransferRIP Software provides the Tools for Optimising Images in preparation for the Digital Heat Transfer process.
Learn what is important about the White Toner Channel or how to create stunning Rasterization effects that help you achieve a super-soft hand.
Throughout this tutorial video, you will be provided with advanced knowledge that can help you save upto 60% toner costs. I’ll guide you through key steps to creating softer, more durable and washable designs.
THE TRANSFERRIP IS MORE THAN JUST RASTERIZATION!
The FOREVER TransferRIP Software is a very powerful software for lowering your overall toner costs, increasing the durability and improving the washability of your garments as well as producing a much softer touch, when compared to other Digital Heat Transfer Papers on the market.
UPTO 60% IN TOTAL TONER SAVINGS!
These savings are achieved with the use of the TransferRIP Software's, Color Management Controls, White Toner Controls and the Rasterization Controls. In the process of reducing the White Toner Amount, you can save upto 35% on your overall toner costs. Depending on the image being rasterized, you can save a further 25% on your overall toner costs.
Rasterization removes the parts of the image which are not required and keeps the parts of the image which are required for an image to be recognisable.

When I'm printing with dark media settings in white colour areas was not rasterized. I mean no holes in the white area. But I need holes on white colours also.
Try using the micro-mask option. This puts holes everywhere
i'm having problems with the shadow tolerance, I do not want to remove dark color in my image, every time I leave it between 100 to 300, my dark images i left out when i print. what should i do to keep the dark colors on please?
Hello Kay Edwards, if you do not want to use black rasterization, use the "Printer standard settings" in the RIP. This way the black is not rasterized. If you have a white shirt, you can also set " Rasterization for white media ". This way the black should not be affected. Best regards.
ok thanks but my printer works with ghost white toner if you can?
Hi fabian andres romero, we only have profiles for the oki printers, so you cannot use our RIP software with a Ghost printer. Best regards.
If i have text and a small logo is it ok to print without rasterization through the rip software, how do I print it with no rasterization??
Of course, you just choose Use Screen from Printer on the 5th step.
hello a question can i use my hp color lase jet pro m254dw printer with the RIP TransferRIP 5C Software thank you have white toner i wait for your answer
Hallo Fabian, TransferRip is only compatible with Oki White Toner printers. Greetings.
Hi fabian andres romero, we only have profiles for the oki printers, so you cannot use our RIP software with a Ghost printer. Best regards.
Hi can I use Forever rip software with my Oki9431 cmyk model
The TransferRIP supports OKI C711wt / Pro7411wt / Pro8432wt / C920wt / ES9420wt & OKI C800 CMYK-Series (4C-Version). However there is a separate version available with support of printers with 5 color channels like OKI Pro9541wt / C941wt / ES9541wt (5C-Version)
Does this software works on any printer or special printer only?
This Software is for all OKI White Toner Printers

Can we save the rasterize print into PNG file?
Unfortunately that's not possible.
is this rasterizaton the same as dithering or half toning ?
Closer to Half Toning than Dithering, but in general, yeah, Rasterization is similar.
Thanks. Can you get the same effect and all with half toning ? Appreciate your time and info help.
You can get a similar effect, but a lot of knowledge in the area of halftoning and dithering is required in order to use rasterized images effectively, especially for the digital heat transfer printing process. The TransferRIP software rasterizes images in a few clicks as opposed to the 20 or so clicks required with image editing softwares.
Check out the following videos to see how easy it is to rasterize within the TransferRIP software:

- Light Media Raster: ua-cam.com/video/Gep9P1TnlQQ/v-deo.html
- Micro-Mask Raster: ua-cam.com/video/fvMgoQcb6LY/v-deo.html
Please remember that the TransferRIP software is more than just Rasterization
Not only does the TransferRIP rasterize your images, but you can reduced the white toner amount, which softens the design on the garment as well as making it more durable, washable all while saving you up to 60% in total toner costs.
If you have anymore questions, please do ask. We are happy to answer any further questions you may have.
FOREVERTransfer the Transfer Rip software is wonderful, if you’re using an Oki printer, but a lot of us are using your Forever sheets with Ghost White toner and can’t use this software. Knowing what Transfer Rip is actually doing is important so we can try and achieve the same process.
Dear Chrluc,
what exactly do you want to know?
