I think this system now is more suitable to help an English instructor save time to create the teaching material going be used in class, which normally is a very time-and-engergy consuming job for teachers.

However, that doesn't mean people with lower levels of proficiency can't use it. As long as it's a good learning method, it's worth promoting. I believe that people who find this approach useful and helpful will begin to use it and benefit from it. At the end of the day, this tool is to assist you in your learning journey, rather than being relied on as the sole means of learning.
