I was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma (with TP53 mutation) about 1.5 years ago. Front line treatment for me was 320 mg daily of Brukinsa (Zanubrutinib). Last fall, 400 mg of Venclexta (Venetoclax) was added for about a month. Now, I am on 320 mg Brukinsa ever other day. Of the two tumors remaining (one was surgically removed) both have been significantly reduced. CT scans show that the cancer has not spread. Side effects are mild and I am physically active. I am doing great for a 77 year old male. Praise God and my doctors at Tennessee Oncology.

My treatment started July 2017 when I turned 69 years old. I was given the Nordic protocol which is 3 rounds maxi-RCHOP and three rounds high dosage cytarabine. Then came the autologous stem cell transplant and after that 36 months of Rituximab maintenance. I’ve been in complete remission ever since. I guess that means my TP53 gene is unmutated.

The music is way too loud and annoying and/or the voice is way too low. The editor did a terrible job.
