      Try to train like monster only if you eating nd sleeping well nd one more thing consistency is key dnt go too fast

      I have completed my 3 months and my 4th month is running my bench pr is 65kgs for 1 rep. I am unable to increase from 65 kgs to even 70kgs.

    But chest ki exercise mein legs mein kyu pressure lagana hai. 5 kilos kam uthalo magar jo muscle ka kam hai usko hi kaam karne do. Injury ka chance bhi kam ho jaega.

    Push by your heel not by toes. I dont think legs can help to make that much of difference in bench press.
