He's probably the only one of Herman Fuller's creations that is actually quite nice
There is Motor Mouth too. The only problem is he talks way too much.
The niceness part, we will never know truly know, but he definitely came from the Circus Of the Disquieting. He briefly describes how he was made, specifying it was by Mr. Fuller. I like it, adding clarity to an already established, but really hazy backstory instead of just inventing another ambiguous one.
And edit: just wanted to say he might be there for tactical security. Using SCP as his unwitting backup.

@@JollyCo-oPEnjoyer I remember The Rubber made another video about 4 months ago on SCP-2912 which are kids or unfortunate individuals who get horribly disfigured so they can make money for the circus, there is other details in the video but I can't remember at the moment

The scp "fandom" is already gigantic, with so many interesting scp, they could make movies years after years and I would eat it up, no question ask.

The fact that he helped the foundation, made a kid happier, and stopped the kid’s parents from fighting is wholesome. I don’t see why he is Euclid
Euclid is relegated to SCPs that display autonomy in their actions be it harmless or harmful. Essentially if you have an SCP that can think or perform actions without any outside stimuli to "activate" them then Euclid is their designation, SCP-085 though is a unique exception due to her being essentially relegated to 2-D surfaces as a drawing and displays no further anomolous qualities.

Despite how creepy Stretchy is, he's quite polite, and doesn't seem to want to hurt people. I enjoy the ones like that.
At this point, a scary SCP that isn't indiscriminately hostile is a breath of fresh air.

Finally, a non-scary clown that we can befriend. I think. I love how he described himself as 'the clown in distress' when the rescue team came. Bet he'd be best friends with Deadpool.

There's dropsy from his game dropsy, it's a puzzle hugventure of a clown that just wants to hug people but people hate him because they think he burnt a circus tent down :(

Finally, an scp thats simply misunderstood but has good intentions and actions.
There was a sentient chair that teleported to anyone who was tired and needed a place to sit down, it got put in a wood chipper by the GOC and was hostile until the foundation started using its pieces as plant fertilizer so it felt useful.

This is my favorite SCP so far he's kind and a wholesome man he made his parents from stop fighting just to make the child feel better and tbh he's not creepy at all lol
I thought this SCP would be a horrifying SCP that is hostile to humanity. Boy was I wrong. Quite wholesome this SCP is, despite his appearance. The old saying, "Never judge a book by it's cover" truly applies here.
Clowns. Sometimes they're scary. Sometimes they're wholesome.
But they're always funny.

This is actually a very good clown SCP. I'm surprised it wasn't just played off as scary because clown = scary. It's design is unsettling but it's character is great.

This guy seems pretty interesting. Sure he’s slightly unsightly, but he’s been shown to have a good heart (metaphorically, apparently), and is extremely cooperative so far. Not gonna lie, now I kind of want to see a scenario where he meets up with Motormouth.
Ok for a second 3036 was terrifying but when he said be a good kid, have a happy childhood I never did I literally saw Awww out loud cuz I felt bad for him. Finally a clown that I'm not instantly creeped out by. I think I'd actually like to talk to Stretchy, this poor creature. Nice to know that stubborn clowns are uh, taken care of lol that would explain why the sudden appearance of creepy clowns with weapons in random places stopped as quickly as it started.
I would certainly like to stay on Strechy's good side!
Honestly, you almost never hear about SCPs like this: compliant, understanding, respectful, and shows interest in helping.

I love this one. A VERY creepy, nightmare inducing clown. But he's a stand-up guy who wants to help out. :p We need more scps like this that do something different from the usual "powerful world ending threat to humankind". I like both, but there's so many of the world ending type.

Here is Kermit's theory on this SCP.
Stretchy's parents died when he was incredibly young. He had 3 Siblings, 2 of them had unbelievable deformations. The third one mentally and physically abused him. One day the other 2 nice siblings went missing. Now, Stretchy had no source of support. He decided, if he wanted to be happy, he had to run away. Masky (The third siblings) caught him and was about to attack him, when they got found by Mr. Fuller and joined the Clown Hunters. Masky wasn't allowed to hurt Stretchy. Stretchy did his job very, very well and was offered an award. He was reunited with his 2 siblings. His siblings were attached to him when he got changed by Mr. Fuller. He still loves his siblings very much, and tries to protect them at all costs. He was horrified by his new body and knew that Mr. Fuller did it, so he ran away again.
Stretchy is probably my favorite scp now. To me Stretchy is pretty chill guy
I always love the good SCPs that just help even though they have the power to cause mass destruction
Despite having a slightly scary appearance and being as intelligent as a human, he is pretty nice and chill for an SCP and only wants to help.
Finally, another benevolent SCP. Very rare & we need more of them.

Firstly, I'd love an MTF team made up of SCPs. Secondly, this Mr. Fuller and his circus gives me some morbid curiosity. How is he able to make ordinary people into these...things, and does he plan on using them for?

This was so not what I was expecting. I thought he was gonna be just a stretchy version of Pennywise, but my expectations were definitely subverted.

Stretchy doesn't seem bad at all because the fact he showed interest about joining the mft or whatever squad was amazing and when the kid met him in the alleyway i thought that he was going to get kidnapped but nope he showed the kid some tricks and talked to him nicely. So I probably wouldn't consider him a scp but still he can regenerate limbs and stretch at horrific lengths.

If feel like stretchy is the embodiment of people’s fear of clowns. Clowns look scary and intimidating, but they just are nice people who are trying to make you laugh. Sure there are people who are dressed as clowns who go around killing people, but I’m talking about average clowns.
