Very bad experience. 1. Big cockroaches in room. 2. Service was pathetic 3. Food is not good. Only prices are very high. 4.we got bedsheet with stains and owner complained me that you have made stains on bedsheet. Customers satisfaction is zero. I am adding photos of cockroaches and bedsheet. One more thing for campfire they charge 500/- extra.

As a resort surrounded by nature, we do occasionally encounter such creatures despite our regular pest control efforts. Upon your complaint, we promptly provided you with a different room, and as a goodwill gesture, we also offered a complimentary campfire. We hope this helped improve your experience. Regarding the campfire charge of ₹500, this is clearly outlined in our brochure and we aim to maintain transparency with our guests on all service fees. You mentioned that you were satisfied with the food and service up until the evening, and we are glad to hear that. We always strive to meet our guests' expectations, and it’s reassuring to know that you were happy with these aspects of your stay. Now, regarding the issue of the bedsheet, I would like to provide some clarification. The linens provided to you were freshly laundered, and on the day of your stay, the bedsheets were new. When our staff noticed the stains on the bedsheet, they were very noticeable-large and distinct enough for anyone to identify. As we always aim to ensure the highest standards for our guests, our team inspects all linens before they are provided in the rooms, and it is simply not possible for us to overlook such visible stains. For this reason, I personally inquired with you about the stains, as we take the condition of our linens very seriously. I apologize if this caused any discomfort or misunderstanding.
