Holy fuck, this thing is going to be an amazing property. This is the one previously known as Villa Agata, isn't it? If the final product comes even close to the renders I saw of it, no foubt it's gonne be the best real state of Spain.

Watching the video, I have the impression that it will not have many gardens, or lawn areas, gardens, etc. It will be almost all houses, and few garden areas... That is the impression that this video has given me...
If so, I think that Villa Cullinam would surpass it, since having large lawns and garden areas gives a villa much more grandeur in every way (no matter how grand the house itself is).
It has the best artificial grass, lots of trees and grass but that will be towards the end

What happens, that gives me the feeling that the villa will be almost the entire house, and there will hardly be any outdoor garden areas (except for the outdoor pool, obviously).. IT IS a impression when seeing this last video (impression that may be wrong mine).

Is it allready sold? I might want this one. Most Villa in La Zagaleta are to small. I want to make a hight secured facility in the basement for suppressed technology like medbeds, TR3B and quantum energy generators.
