- We've been forced to leave our home in Bali, but luckily enough we were able to book a flight home to South Africa without it getting cancelled. Our nerves were high throughout the whole process but luckily everything went smoothly. The only differences we noticed were a number of temperature tests, many more people wearing masks, particles swabs on our bags and very empty airports. Perhaps we were paranoid for nothing!

@@RhettandClaire As brown man, I always get my bags swabbed at airports in the US. I guess all foreigners became suspicious during the pandemic.

Wow... different country S.O.P to break Covid-19 chain...@ South Africa, Soldier (Frontliners) check tempature @ inside flight. But Malaysia S.O.P...all traveler swap Covid-19 test @ Airport + 14 days quarantine...

Thank God you guys did not come to South Africa 🇿🇦, it would’ve been worse. You would’ve gotten here and sent to a quarantine CENTRE for incoming travelers for 2 weeks before being allowed to enter the rest of the country!!!
Push Mak B we did come to South Africa☺️. We landed two days before they initiated the travel ban - SO LUCKY😭. If we had left later, we would have been screwed!

Dont understand why they are checking temps. You could have taken Tylenol and also you could have the infection however the symtoms dont show up for 7 days.
george varughese that’s what I said! We could have only contracted the virus on the day of traveling, and would not have had any symptoms whatsoever. That’s why self-isolation is so important and why we’re taking it so seriously🙏🏻. You will see how seriously in the next vlog☺️

Sutekina Ojiisan 2 thermal checks, 1 on the plane and one in the airport. No quarantine unless you showed a temperature

@@RhettandClaire from what i know usually standard mask has 3 layers, the outside,middle and inside layer. The outside layer usually has color and made of fabric that water resistant or doesn't absorb fluid, the inside layer should be easily absorb fluid..cmiiw

I was already wearing a mask out of Johannesburg on KLM 27th February.
We had a flight from JHB -DOHA-Singapore-Bali in mid Jan this year and wore masks the whole way. We were already terrified then. We vlogged it all, so stay tuned for that😊
