It appears ol' Vela Blue (Chen ManQing) was drawing in pretty good crowds at her street performances even 6 years ago! This lady has an amazing amount of raw talent. She sings with a beautiful voice, plays numerous musical instruments, dances, composes her own songs/music and is a super nice person too! That is her mom sitting by her in the red top.
