I do not know about the logistics of a pharmacy in Kenya but in Jamaica a pharmacy always have a gift shop and or health food section may be selling smoothie and other things
One of my doctor had more than one offices he would spend all day some days in other places and hours or day at other places and it worked for him once he sets a schedule he keeps it or adjust base in demand

I would advise: Plan the business thoroughly, with annual budgets for the first five years, cash flow projections, market research, etc. Also be aware that almost all businesses make losses in the first three years. Can you afford that?

Kibe, start with pharmacy because people buy medicines mostly without checking on the owner but location. With chemist, you will build a customer base as patients during intraraction
Dr Kibe the pharmacy business is a excellent idea but i suggest only a suggestion that to catered to all not just middle class either up or down but for all here in the west where I am thats how the pharmaceuticals do their businesses but i notice the differences between middle class and upper class or middle class to lower income is the upper middle class have their prescriptions or services delivered to them they don't really go to the pharmacy's themselves so at the end of the day everybody gets services that can be afforded and please from someone who had a business DON'T TRUST ANYONE WITH YOUR BUSINESS 100% THATS A NO NO thank GOD I learned from other peoples mistakes so i didn't have to experience that I was successful until I volunteer to close it down good luck my friend

To make it easier to own a pharmacy, find someone who already has one and wants to sell it due to his/her age. Look for someone who has an existing business and has adequate space in their place of busibess that can be leased and properly secured that will help save u money as u start such a business. Upon generating enough money from the pharmacy, locate a larger and strategic place to house a clinic and pharmacy combo. Don't bite off more than u can chew as u try to implement your biz plan. 😊🙏🏼
No you go to a pharmacy first to check if there is some meds that can help you to immediately resolve the problem immediately lik headache, unless it is persistent one doesn't go to uospotals for minor ailments
Dr. Kibe, I'm confused because I don't see why individuals would go to hospitals if they were ill. I see my doctor when I'm unwell, and I'd only go to the hospital if it was suggested or there was an emergency, but I don't live in your country. Another factor to examine is whether it is financially viable to start a clinic in an area where people CANNOT afford your services. Best of luck with your endeavors.

Why do I feel like you are losing track? I thought you where supposed to be a travel UA-cam doctor going to every Conner to deliver medicine and help patients who can't access medication? That way not only with UA-cam pay you well but also God will reward you. Be serious with it and thank me later. You will still make good money even more than what a clinic will give you.
