Every single molecule of the air we breath and the bodys we are made of, is in fact produced by living beings. And every atom in our body was once produced in a star.
And so we stand there on top of a mountain, on a magnificent planet as stardust awaken to live. And breath. And exist. And every moment is just as impermanent like the clouds.
