Apostle is right. Only do a 3 day dry fast with instructions from God. I attempted it once and I almost passed out on the evening of the second day. Thank God I was in a supermarket at that time. I rushed to the fridge, quickly picked a bottle of juice and gulped it down like a mad man. I felt life coming back to my body.

I just learned something new today about fasting and food. I have fasted, but I must fast with water even if it is three days or do a Daniel fast.
What is Daniel's fast?

No sugar, no artificial sugar no process food, not fast food, no meat, no process meat, no soda for 21 days straight and drink water and they choose a time when they don't eat and pray. It's also a book called Daniel Fast, it is based on the book of Daniel.
Daniel did not want himself,Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego to be defiled with meat and wine of the King, so he asked the chief official for water and vegetables. They only consumed water and vegetables for 10 days. Daniel 1:8-12
Did they consume vegetables and water for the 3 years of the training ? Or was it only for 10 days ?

I discover that whenever I engage in 3days dry fasting I tend to see myself eat in my dreams,why is that please,does it mean the fast method doesn't work for me??

I think one meal in evening works best, but nothing to sweet or salty. That can cause problems. I read stories of old time missionaries that survived on an apple and a slice of bread each day, but they became sick after 2 or 3 years. This I see no point in. But they saw wonderful advancement in the kingdom of God. I prefer to use whole grains and vegetables for my meals to keep healthy protein. This is easy in peak growing season. 😋

You can, I will advise you do Fri Sat Sunday, if your organization allows earpiece good for you, download preaching, spiritual song, and speaking in tongue, I love theophilus sunday and make sure you pray along, continue the exercise till Sunday when you are free.
Yes, I agree. Start on weekend. It is difficult to not explain one's self when people expect you to join them for a meal. I separate myself with my bible, step away from all.

Please this 3 days dry fasting, can the person eat at the end of the day. For example 6am- 6pm and then the person can eat by that 6pm.
No you can't is dry
A dry fast means a fast without water or fluids. A fast that goes on for 48hrs or more without a break is a prolonged or unbroken fast.
Apostle is saying not to do a dry (liquid-free), unbroken fast for longer than 3 days (and at the very most, 7 days if you feel the presence of God strengthening you to go that long.)
So to answer your question, you can do a half day dry fast (6am - 6pm), but that is normal for Christians. Many people go that long without food by simply forgetting to eat.
If you want to push yourself into the realm of unbroken fasts, you can start by doing a 24-hour fast once a week so that your body can start getting used to it. Then move to 48 hrs for a few weeks, before settling on 72 hrs.

Good sir, your teaching is really shaping lives, l celebrate you sir.my question is can someone do short fasting like 14 days with food 6 to 6?
Why Not???
Its not in the length or the pain you put yourself to, but the discipline to stay focused keep to what you commit to and stay in the word pray and most importantly stay away from those things that takes either the place of God or your time with God
Example you fast but still run to your phone to whatsap those sites you know you shouldn't be or engage in useless gossips or watch rubish video that takes your mind to places you have no business being in the first place etc etc.
So, fasting actually is abstinence, its beyond NOT EATING FOOD, though part of it.
So yes U can do 6 to 6 one week 2 weeks and can grow in it, to whatever depending on your strength and how the Spirit leads you. Some people can do 3 days straight, no food. I prefer this, because if I do 6 to 6, its a struggle the following day before 6 , I am already thinking of what I will eat . But if I kno its 3 straight days, the body will just respect itself. My wife is comfortable with 6 to 6 and can do it for months, but its not for me. I prefer 3 day fast , also called intermittent fast. I hope to b consistent with 3 days every month or graduate to 7 days with water only.
***Always remember this, that we don't fast to move the hand of God, but rather we fast to help our unbelieve ,to grow our measure of faith to that level of freely stretching our hands to RECEIVE ALL that God has already given us. A God that did not withhold His son Jesus from us Romans 8:32, and Jesus Himself came saw our weaknesses now promised to send us the Another, The Holy Ghost also known as The Spirit of Christ. He delivered on this in Acts 2, the phenomenon @ Pentecost. So what are we fasting to God for again? That Jesus should come and die a 2nd time? Or Almighty God the Father should come? So, we fast to help ourselves, move from our position of UNBELIEVE. Remember when the Disciples couldn't heal the demonized Boy? Later when they requested answers from Jesus, Jesus said this type answers only to fasting and prayer The power twins. They already had Jesus with them so no question about power, hence challenge was their unbelieve. Remember somewhere in the Bible when challenged by the hypocrites why His Disciples don't fast, He said because He was still with them. And true to His statement, when He left and they obviously started fasting, both their handkerchief and shadow were healing people.
Once again and most importantly its not in the length but the discipline to stay focused to what you have committed to or led into by the Holy Spirit. Apostle Arome saying he did 264 days 6 to 6, that is as lead ,God probably called him into such a fast and gave the grace. Moses that did 40 days back to back was with God,, in the presence of God.. Jesus did 40 days yes, but note that the Bible said ,Jesus was lead/Escorted by the Holy Spirit into the fast. Question is, are we lead by the Spirit when we try to do like our neighbor did, or lead by the Spirit of COMPETITION Filthiness of the Soul??? If you can, I can. There was one time I attempted 7 days dry fast no water, because my biz partners brother who I felt i was more pious or holier than,, said he did 7 days - Judgemental and competitive Spirit. By 4th day I started having serious hiccups,and really weak, couldn't even pray. I just respected myself and stopped. Why ? Because God was not part of it, WRONG MOTIVES. And I have since repented from such, and stayed with my 3 days which am comfortable with. The Jews who God originally called covenanted with their ancestor Abraham, their fasting days for the religious is 2 days 6 to 6 per week. Thats twice per week. Luke 18:12.
Esther's fast was 3 days and King Jehoshaphat fast not sure more than 24 hours but God showed up immediately, actually sent an Angel to destroy Jehoshaphat enemy 3 nations combined Mount Sier Ammon and Moabites. imagine the humongous impact/deliverance and breakthrough from a short fast. Even the Daniels fast was a partial fast. Daniel drank water and obviously ate something, but religious people will have us believe it was a total fast because God sent an Angel, forgetting that it was a SELFLESS fast. Daniel fasted for the emancipation of God's people, what was on God's front burner 🔥
Another thing is that beyond the Spiritual benefits, fasting also has confirmed verifiable health benefits. So atleast this should motivate us to go into a fast, because of its detoxifying benefits..Hence a win win experience if done with caution and wisdom. We are all wired differently and the creator knows what He has put in us, our strengths and weaknesses differs. Moses did 40 days, Esther and Mordecai/Jews did 3days, Daniel did 10 and 21 days , and they are all Deliverers , God, this same God showed up for all.. Answerred there prayers or petition. God did not remind Esther or Daniel that Moses did 40 days dry, so why are they doing less?. The Angel , one Angel God sent to Jehoshaphat destroyed the Army of 3 nations, God didn't have to send reinforcement, but for Daniel He sent reinforcement, same God. Esther knew death stood before her if she went in to see the King without his permission, thats strong FAITH- I DIE I DIE, highly SELFLESS and God over showed up. As Believers we are not in competition with one another, Paul calls it to be UNWISE. Imagine the eyes quarreling with the legs or in competition with the legs. The legs will say to the eyes, come and go lets see you. And the eyes vice versa. Even in the Old testament God's grace has never.keft us. When Almighty Elijah was making mouth that he was the last man standing, only Prophet, God told him my friend shut up there, I still have about 7 not 70 not 700 but 7000 Prophets like you that have not bowed down to Baal (Romans 11). So stop posing or making mouth there,, its a privilege. U have not chosen me but rather I have chosen you,, that NON should boast (Ephesians 2:8-9)its called a measure of faith, its an honor to be a willing vessel, not EARNED like some would have us believe. We all have our space and place. Never get to where you think that you EARN or CAN EARN God's love or approval by your/our works. He loved you whilst still a sinner, Jesus is our QUALIFIER AND WHEN GOD LOOKS AT US HE SEE'S THE QUALIFIER AND OUR QUALIFIER JESUS CHRIST HIS BELOVED SON.
U may also wish to study Isaiah 58 with understanding to get a better view on fasting from.Gods stance.
