0:03 Pongo: (narrating) Scotland Yard was trying its best to recover our children, but with it taking longer than expected, it was up to me and Perdita to alert all the dogs of London. The Twilight Bark was a form of communication whenever a situation was on our hands.
Glad I'm not the only one that brought up the music/score. It's beautifully written and really drives to the emotional core of the scene. Without it I'd feel a lot more awkward getting choked up watching three minutes of dogs barking.
(About 20-60 minutes later) Lucy: Towser, Towser, what's going on? What is it? What's all the gossip? Towser: (clears throat) Ain't no gossip, Lucy. It be all the way from London.
This scene is utterly powerful and beautiful - especially when you consider the incompetence of the police today, whom just listen to a report and bin it.
I think what’s underrated about this scene is the animal trainers they did a good job at getting them to work with the director in just the right way to tell the story
Libertades creativas. En Kung Fu Panda sucede lo mismo, habitan Gorilas, Tortugas de las Galápagos e Hipopótamos, pero no viven en China viven en África y Ecuador. Uno de los dones del arte.
I was just wondering why there are raccoons in this scene, but I suppose it's kind of like the American robin in Mary Poppins, and either Disney decided to include something familiar to American audiences or the filmmakers just didn't do their research.
I think both are just as equally Good as each other in their own way and trust me I don’t say that often about original Animated Classics and Live action remakes.

I don't know why but back in the days when I was kid...At that scene and the other one when ''parents'' of these puppies discovered that their puppies were stolen... I cried like a baby.
I love how so many animals many of whom would normally at best have nothing to do with one another and at worst be killing each other heard about some puppy nappers in their area and decided “know what? Fuck those guys in particular”

Nice one! I love it
The music score to this part of the movie 🎬 still gives me goosebumps even now in my 30s
Sheepdog: Calling all animals on the farm! Farm meeting! I repeat, farm meeting!
DAT IS TOUSSER DIE HEDDERSHOND!
You mean the colonel?
Just like in "Charlotte's Web" to save Wilbur's life.
1:13 Colonel: (thinking) Huddle, everyone! Someone is in need of our assistance!
1:10 Captain: (thinking) Colonel! We got ourselves a little problem!
Colonel: Problem? Well I'll say, whatever the problem is, I must call the farm animals.
It's sad these dogs are all gone now. Dogs deserve longer lives. Life goes too fast as a person so imagine how the dogs feel
Don't confuse an animal's emotions with your emotions
This is one of my strongest Disney movie memories. This movie was how I was introduced to 101 dalmatians.
This is a beautiful scene. The music really tells the story. It kind of sounds like music from "Pocahontas."
How?
Well, I think it sounds a little like "Listen with Your Heart."
0:58 Pongo: (narrating) News of the kidnapping rocked the city, and soon spread to the countryside.
1:25 Sheep Flock: (thinking) Let’s go, men!
1:24 Pig: (thinking) That dream of a kingdom of food will have to wait.
1:23
Oh the memories I haven't seen this movie in a very long time
Me neither
If it had not been for The Adventures Of The Great Mouse Detective, Basil would not bring Cruella to her jail for good.
The highlight of this movie was always the animal interactions.
1:32 Colonel: (thinking) Pecks! Emergency meeting! Gather everyone up!
Reminded me of Woody ask Slinky Dog to gather toys to have an emergency meeting.
This is my favorite version of 101 Dalmatians
I agree 😊
I loved that movie!
Same here but I like to see animals make a plan to making trap to 2 burglar
Glad I'm not the only one that brought up the music/score. It's beautifully written and really drives to the emotional core of the scene. Without it I'd feel a lot more awkward getting choked up watching three minutes of dogs barking.
It's Pongo. Regence Park. It's an all dog alert. "15 dalmatian puppies stolen!"
Have they called the police? Scotland Yard?
@@phangirl90 The humans have tried everything. Now it's up to us dogs in the Twilight Bark.
I’LL SOUND THE ALERT! *multiple yip noises*

This film came to My mind right now and this was one of the first results of this film I clicked on! 😊
1:08: The Captain 😊
1:10: The Colonel 😊
1:43: Rocket Raccoon 😊
2:30: Sgt Tibbs. 😊
This scene is utterly powerful and beautiful - especially when you consider the incompetence of the police today, whom just listen to a report and bin it.
1:30 Raccoons: (thinking) Puppies? Nabbed from a posh London joint? Not on our watch!
Rocket: let's get to work.
I love how you think what the animals think
Classic Frank Welker.😊😂😅
This is the best live-action remake, no. 1
Great tribute to the 1961 Animated film
And it's all filmed without dialogue. This is what they should have done with the Lion King or the upcoming Bambi.
Bambi dosen't need remaking it's a beautiful nature classic
Pros: Frank Welker at his finest
Cons: No mention of Danny the Great Dane
Or old towswer
@@wlwilliford0207 Towswer is the hound with the goose in the countryside who alerts the Colonel, right?
@@broden4838 yes.
The cartoon had many of their owners shouting at them to be quiet.

Michael Kamen knocked it out of the park with the soundtrack beautiful music that adds more emotion to this scene with just dogs barking.
Am I the only one tearing up?
1:28 Rabbit: (thinking) Puppies? Stolen from a London apartment? This I gotta see.
2:42
That is just satisfying to watch.
Ikr don't have talking animals? You can have them play charades instead.
XD IKR, that was just too cute
All these animals acting is amazing
I always love that part 😂 🤣 😂 🤣
It's like the beacon scene in Lord of the Rings
A call to arms a call for help 😊 both with brilliant music
0:26 I wonder if that's a shout-out to "Hook".
0:08 something about that scene gets me emotional. Maybe the music, the view of London (my hometown) powerful stuff
Aww so cute

Can't lie. I've always seen the Disney version of 101 Dalmatians. But, the live action is good too.
I watched both when I was a kid
Oh yeah. And before I forget Happy Early Birthday.

I somehow like the live-action version of "101 Dalmatians" better than the animated version too.
Say whatever you want about all the other Disney live action remakes but this one was too fucking tier

Hey Nebula, just curious, have you ever heard of Squid Game?
Animals are sooooo smart.
What breed of dog is the dog in the sack? He's beautiful!
The one who was trying to demonstrate how the puppies got kidnapped? That's an Airedale Terrier, the largest of the terrier breeds.
Thank you!

A woodpecker doing Morse Code
That is well trained dog
