    Watching you from N.C. and enjoy those nice trails you ride on in Minn. Great videos and I love how cordial you are to others. Something everyone should remember when we all are just wanting to enjoy the outdoors. Thank you for making these videos.

    I started watching August 2024. I purchased my first E bike March 2024. Had my first flat tire last week. I'm in my 60s. I'm saving so much money every month.🙂

    Hey Bert !! Went down a week ago at about 8 mph. I was going around a senior citizen off the sidewalk onto the grass then back and that transition threw me. Got some road rash but I'm OK. I'm 66 and comfortable on two wheels of any type. I have to say even although we have no restricted visibility these light machines deserve looking ahead and planning your approach. we really have to concentrate on road conditions and obstacle's like garbage cans or low branches. Every journey is still a pleasure and skills and awareness increase. Ride On my friend.

    66yrs old and researching ebikes. Found your channel and just love what you're doing. Can't wait until I find the bike for me. So far, the Himiway big dog and another from magic cycle are looking good. Great channel 👏

      Not sure if you are aware or not, but there are two different Sencers that engage the motor when you peddle. I bought my first bike and did not really understand it until I tried it. With battery installed, most of these bikes are heavy so a Throttle is very nice when taking off from a stand-still. With a TORQUE Sencer you have pressure on the peddles with help from motor. With a CADEN Sencer you have no pressure on peddles at all. Known as (ghost peddling) I personally like CADEN since I only bought it to help my bones and not to build leg muscle. One more thought for a new buyer.... I did not go for expensive, since I did not know what I wanted except for motor size. I've had it for a year and over 900 miles. thought about upgrading to a more name brand, but this $1,000 bike is great. Hopes this helps. 😎

      @@hawksnest8635 Thank you, good information. My bike is a Torque Sensor with a 750 watt rear hub motor, Class 2. 750Watt is max for MN trails.

    Do you use a twist throttle or thumb? Which do you find better?

    • @ebikebert
      @ebikebert  9 днів тому +1

      My ebile is stock with thumb throttle, but I do plan to convert to twist. I"m old school.

      @@ebikebert My bike has a twist throttle, so I 3D a thumb lever to attach to throttle so I don't have to twist my wrist so much.
