I hit my Rock Bottom 4/15/24. I weighed in at my highest weight...255. I'm 5'8". I'm having so many issues because of the weight gain. I started exercising 4/16 in the mornings and trying to watch my calories. My best friend was over 300 and passed at 43 from congestive heart failure. I don't want to die early. But you look great and keep up the good work!

Hey Pat i use to run from a camera hated everytime i saw my fat butt😅 i still don't take them today maybe in the future. Im stii at it going strong...take care finding Cathy
I cut out junk foods, fried foods and sodas, sweet tea. Eat high protein baked, boiled, air fried, with mostly veggie hot or cold (salads), count calories and track it on "My Fitness Pal" app.
@@gettingbacktopat I’m short too. I’m 5’2 at 265 lbs. I’ve put myself on a 18 month plan that I’m 3 months into. So far, I’m failing. I’ve found out that I’m pretty bad at implementing plans. But my biggest fail has been getting side tracked by helping people with their personal plans and therefore taking the focus off of myself. So, I am learning something 🤷🏽♀️ because I wasn’t aware of that before although I’ve been doing it my entire life. lol
