I have to focus on my 3D circumstances which are deteriorating. This means work is much more important than ever. It hurts that I can not spend time just thinking about people I love. I have also had to shut down a bit because of my heart hurting. I have had to kill my hope. Most of that is due to my circumstances and my need to work more. It has been difficult.
I'm glad you are working on healing. Reflection is important. I also had a dream about you last night. I won't recount it, probably at all, just because of the insights it gave me.
