How long ago was this flight?! I fly LOT 2-3 times a week and there is always a sweet or savory roll ( apple, spinach, blueberry etc) served in Economy, together with complimentary water, coffee or tea. I think only Embraer 190s don’t have a hot beverages due to lack of water heaters in one of the galleys. So I am really surprised you didn’t get a snack and hot drink.

He simply took water only, the reality looks like you wrote:) actually all of the Ejets used by LOT have working water heaters:) On the shortest routes ie WAW-VNO or domestic they simply serve water and sweet snack only:)
